Very nice campground with plenty of space between sites. Very hot showers. Look forward to spending more time there in the future.

Ratliff Lake Recreation Area is a very beautiful location. My only complaint about my visit was the conducted controlled burn, that took place while my husband and I were camping there for 12 nights. We were forced to stay indoors for most days and evenings because of the smoke. The trails were closed and it did hinder our overall experience at the park.

We stayed at Dogwood Loop 018. It is a beautiful place and I would definitely return.A number of our neighbors did not adhere to quiet hours. The handle on our water faucet was broken. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. Thanks!

Beautiful view and wonderful hikes nearby. The night is just as beautiful and the fire pits made it even more fun.

It was not crowded at all. That was surprising during Spring Break. Only one of the shower/restrooms out of 4 had working lights. They could use more cleaning.

. The restrooms were very clean but there was no soap in the restrooms and The lights in restrooms were not working. The ranger lady was very sweet and informative. She recommended tte Merlin bird app that helped Mae our stay enjoyable.

Ratcliff park was great! We visited the park for the weekend, we have a 37k Jayco Super C Motorhome and we flat towed our jeep wrangler there with zero problems. Our Motorhome is 134 tall and we had no problems at the park. The park has great trails and we enjoyed our spot that had electric and water. We definitely recommend staying here, plus the price is spot on!!!

Really enjoyed our time here in late February. Weather was beautiful. Sites are nice and spread apart. The tall trees are amazing and seem to be maintained to take down dead ones. I enjoyed the bike trails on my E mountain bike, and my wife was able to ride some of the trails on hers. But most of the trails are bumpy and rooted and she was not comfortable on those. Our site -38- was great except it was not level. I had the front jacked up high and still was not able to get our 38 footer completely level, but there are other sites that look better. Overall, I recommend it for a quiet retreat.

Great stay! We had site 30 - nice and level, good access to bathhouse, fairly private. Restrooms/showers were clean. The campground was really nice, and we enjoyed a couple good hikes. Trails need repair in spots; be prepared for occasional, low-key bushwhacks where small bridges are out. All in all, a great experience.

Had a good time. Entry was easy, fees were just right, rain on Saturday was unavoidable, but long holiday weekend was pleasant.

We enjoyed the big trees, the trails, and the peacefulness. Its a beautiful park. The water hook-up locations could use some improvement. We will definitely be back.

There were a few confusing items, like we were told by phone that they had 50 AMP, fact is Ratcliff is 30AMP only. They were kind enough to move us to a Host site with 50 AMP, it was a good thing cause it got in the 20s. Also, we noticed several campers in the wrong camp sites which angered a lot of people to relocate. Noticed people just showing up & picking campsites, didnt appear to pay for, there was no park rangers available or on site, so people just did what they wanted to. Not even a park host available. Kinda sad.

Perfect place to hike a little or a lot, and so many great sites close to the water for fishing or views.

Great park with excellent camping facilities. It would be nice if electricity was an option at camping loops other than just Dogwood.

Beautiful campground for December. I liked the tall pines, oaks, sweet gums and other trees. Nice trails, well marked.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
