Very good campsite - beautiful, quiet, and clean. Some larger trucks might have trouble parking on-site, but most should be fine. The bathrooms are lacking, but that's really it. No soap or way to dry your hands and the bathrooms look like they might only get cleaned once a month. Was more like a run down gas station bathroom, but it was during shutdown so maybe that had something to do with it.

Camp site was fine. Trails around the camp ground were nice. Only problem I had was the dump station was full. Made a real mess when I attempted to dump. I understand the park is struggling with the gov shutdown and was glad the camp ground was at least open... Thanks for all the effort from many folks....

Beautiful campsites up the mtn. National park was beautiful. Nice trails and clean facilities. A shower is always welcome, but we knew before we booked

Good tent site, two parking spaces (or one long one), bit annoying at night with incoming traffic beam always sweeping your site.

We had a lovely time! Our site had plenty of room for our kids to play. The grounds are stunning, bathrooms are very clean, and people are friendly. We will be back

Recreation.gov wedsite was not working correctly. It showed very few campsites available so I wasn't able to reserve a site for my RV . BUT when we got there to hike , the ranger said that there were plenty of sites available. So we stayed for one niight as we had paid for a site in a comercial campground.

We had a good time at the Cosby campground. The campsites weren't too close together and very scenic.

Great campground fully immersed in the forest. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. This site and others around it are fairly close together. Parking was next to the site on the road but the path to the tent pad was a little rough and uneven. Closest bathhouse did not have showers, only toilets with running water but were clean and easy to access. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great, clean campground with spacious spots. Easy to reach TN side of park.

We took our one-year-old camping here, and he loved it. The facilities were clean, and there was easy access to the trails. There weren't many people there, so it was very peaceful. I wasn't sure if they sold firewood on the grounds, but we got some treated wood at the RV park next door. The only negative is that there is a lot of poison ivy.

This campground is so underrated!I loved how the Rangers took the time to answer all our questions and even suggested future campsites we might enjoy our next stay. The campground was quiet and firewood was not an issue with all the limbs and sticks around the campground. Our car battery died and the Rangers came to our aid and we were soon up and going. Elkmont and Cades Cove are crazy busy and Cosby is the ultimate in quiet camping with plenty of exploring that can be done. Give it a try and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
