Fall leaf colors were beautiful, really something, even right in the campground-- we must have been there on the peak days. We've stayed at Cosby many times, it is a favorite and in our closest national park.

Campground was perfect and the hosts were great. Only problem was the maintenance man, I believe his name was Robert, he was very rude on our one encounter with him.

One of the more peaceful campgrounds in the park. Much less traffic than Elkmont or Cades Cove.

Campground is great. Hilly and not much for bike riding. Incredible for hiking with perfect access. Logged about 20 miles over the weekend. This site is wedged between to HC spots. Directly behind the well kept restrooms. The driveway is short with a slight angle (but doable with a short trailer or van RV). Wooded campground. Cell service is available at the turn on to campground road (about 3 miles from CG). Hartford being nearby is a plus. Look forward to our next stay.

Cosby is a great location but the campground & sites are not being maintained. There are flush toilets but no where near enough to serve all the campers therefore the bathrooms were very unclean & unsanitary. Is there a guideline on how many people per bathroom?

Very nice, quiet, wooded campground. Bathrooms were very clean, as was the entire campground. This campground is best for tent campers that don’t mind parking on the roadside and walking a short distance to the campsite. Very few sites that are suitable for RV’s or van camping, but they are well marked on the reservation site and at the campground.

Our stay was just one night but the campground was clean and quiet and enjoyable.
