This was the first time I RV camped on A Loop. (A-59) Poor campsite. Could not extend awning because of a tree. Pavement drop-off and severe ground sloping away made it a long first step to enter camper. My seemingly fit neighbor in the adjacent handicapped spot, 61, opted to run his generator from about 8 to 10 in the mornings and 5 to 8 every evening and he pointed the exhaust my direction. Perhaps you could add to the the rules: "Respect you neighbor, keep generator usage to a minimum". Please strive to open B Loop next year. I have used B-88 and B-93 many times and really enjoy either one. Bath room was clean and well kept.

Only problem was there was road and parking lot paving going on. There was a lot of noise and delays coming in and going out

Fall leaf colors were beautiful, really something, even right in the campground-- we must have been there on the peak days. We've stayed at Cosby many times, it is a favorite and in our closest national park.

Campground was perfect and the hosts were great. Only problem was the maintenance man, I believe his name was Robert, he was very rude on our one encounter with him.

Quite with no internet availability. Easy hiking trails as well as moderate and harder ones.

Beautiful campground with a wide variety of sites. Lots of trees all over, we appreciated the flush toilets, enjoyed the lovely creek that runs through it and loved the trails leading out of the campground. Would definitely stay again.

Cosby is a beautiful, welcome-maintained campground. Camping in April, we didn't realize the full season had not started. When we arrived after 6:00pm and read that if we didn't register by noon the next day our site may be given away, it caused some anxiety when the office did not open the next day. A sign somewhere about that would be good. We really liked the outside sink at the bathrooms, but we could not have a campfire at our site A59, because the neighbors' tent pad was was 2 feet away. The path along the creek from the picnic area is a gem. Thank you.

One of the more peaceful campgrounds in the park. Much less traffic than Elkmont or Cades Cove.

Campground is great. Hilly and not much for bike riding. Incredible for hiking with perfect access. Logged about 20 miles over the weekend. This site is wedged between to HC spots. Directly behind the well kept restrooms. The driveway is short with a slight angle (but doable with a short trailer or van RV). Wooded campground. Cell service is available at the turn on to campground road (about 3 miles from CG). Hartford being nearby is a plus. Look forward to our next stay.

Cosby is a great location but the campground & sites are not being maintained. There are flush toilets but no where near enough to serve all the campers therefore the bathrooms were very unclean & unsanitary. Is there a guideline on how many people per bathroom?

Very nice, quiet, wooded campground. Bathrooms were very clean, as was the entire campground. This campground is best for tent campers that don’t mind parking on the roadside and walking a short distance to the campsite. Very few sites that are suitable for RV’s or van camping, but they are well marked on the reservation site and at the campground.

Definitely a more quite part of the park. Lots of good hiking around. The creek does not run through the campground but can be heard from many camp sites. No where near the crowds of cades cove.
