We got what we were told we would get. The place was clean and quiet. Hike was nice and we got just a light flurry of snow to make it just a little more memorable for us.

Lovely creekside camp. Great that you can "reserve" a site using a QR code upon arrival.

Great Basin Park is beautiful, the Upper Lehman campground is not well-suited for trailers but is great for tents/vans. I intentionally booked a pull through spot that says the RV length is 80' - which would be AMPLE for our little 20' RPOD. However, the one-lane roads are very narrow and made dealing with other traffic incredibly difficult. The reserved site, site 17, is also extremely unlevel requiring all of the dunnage we had and our jack fully extended in an attempt to be level and we still weren't close to level. We will be back to the park, but won't try camping at one of the campgrounds with our trailer again. There was great cell reception and so I looked at the listed lengths of other sites as we walked around the campgrounds and ones listed as 20 - 30' long would not have been long enough for our trailer either. We did hike from camp on the Upper Lehman Creek Trail and that was very scenic.

Beautiful!!No rangers due to the shut down, had to wait for the person that parked in our camp spot to go hiking come back...

The campground location is great - next to trails and the road to Wheeler Peak trailhead. The campground has clean facilities, but the campsites are not level. Some are extremely pitched in both directions and difficult to get the camper anywhere close to level.

Upper Lehman campground was great. Very clean. Cleanest pit toilets ever. Sites arent level, but are paved and labeled well. Only negative was campfires made it Smokey.

The site was not level so much that we couldnt get our truck camper level. Otherwise, the campground was nice and the bathrooms very clean.

Quite possibly the best campsite at a great campground. Loved the privacy between 2 creeks, the running water makes the site feel extremely private.

A beautiful and very well kept campground. Sites are secluded and quiet. The creek running through it brings a feel of tranquility.

The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was that the paved area was really too small for our 16' trailer and mid sized pickup. We squeezed them in but it wasn't easy. Other than that, the campground was clean and beautiful. Got a new bird too! Townsend's Solitaire

Spectacular, best national park campground ever. Newly renovated, high elevation, very remote , Aspens were popping , bristlecones were majestic, I hate to sound so positive about this campground and fear that it will attract more visitors,

We had reservations for two different sites (20, 13). They were such a steep pitch there was no way for us to level our van with our 10 leveling blocks. We didn't even stay. Totally waste of money.

Our campsite #23 in Upper Lehman Campground was beautiful and peaceful. I did not read the fine print that stated that we could not bring our little teardrop camper before I booked and subsequently we did not spend the night there; however, we spent some time at the campground, made a nice dinner there and enjoyed the scenery. I will definitely be back to this campground. It is serene, quiet and beautiful. But, I will reserve a different site where we can bring the little camper. I am too old to sleep on the ground! I can't wait to go back!

Clean bathrooms, plenty of privacy between campsites. Beautiful white noise with the creek running nearby. Not too cold in the night either. Would recommend

The Upper Lehman campground is beautiful and well taken care of. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. We have stopped twice to break up our drive across Hwy 50. Kudos to the hardworking NPS people who manage the park and the hosts on the campgrounds. We appreciate all you do!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
