Nice location for doing our exploring the area. Stayed 2 nights n Site 77 and we have a 40' MH with a Jeep Gladiator toad. We fit perfectly in the site. Starlink worked great too. Grounds were clean and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and convenient to do our site seeing Pea Ridge National Military Park.

Overall a beautiful area, for us the sites were uneven and hard to get in and out of

We really enjoyed every part of our stay at Prairie Creek. It is a beautiful location on the shore of Beaver Lake and has a well run marina and boat ramp areas. Our campsite was great with just the right amount of shade and sun during the day. You are right in the area for some of the best mountain biking in the country as well as great fishing on this large lake. There are very nice pavilions and many of the picnic tables have a roof that helps for rain or sun! There is a restaurant at the marina and the one breakfast we had there was very good. We enjoy walking and never ran out of areas to explore just by walking the paved areas in the campground.

I was put in a spot that was too small for my rig. I damaged my camper when pull out of the 1 night stay causing 700 dollars in damage. So dissatisfied.

When did Prairie Creek turn into a homeless camp? We were extremely disappointed in our visit. We stay at Prairie Creek multiple times a year, spending anywhere from 2-7 days per visit. In the past we felt very safe, never an issue. This stay, it felt like we were in a homeless camp. Multiple sites were occupied by homeless people. Cars driving too fast on the roads. There were no park personnel monitoring the campground. VERY DISAPPOINTED with our visit!

Lot 85 was not very level. We broke 3 scissor jacks on our RV.

Always enjoy camping at Prairie Creek. Only complaint is the sites weren't mowed and firepit trash and pieces of burnt wood and charcoal were remaining.

I enjoyed being by the lake and if you love to ride bicycles, its a great area to ride bicycles in.

Beautiful isolated spot overlooking the marina.

Only a small section of the park was open to camping at the time we went, which was just fine because it was very quiet overall. The bathrooms weren't open yet, even in the section that we were camping in, which was fine since we have our camper anyway.

After occupying the site we learned that the toilets were locked. It was early in the season but the water to the sites was on so it didn't make much sense. No mention was made of the lack of toilets when making the reservation through recreation.gov.

Great area. Can be tricky to find a place to pitch a tent because the ground is so sloped.

This was an amazing campsite and the park attendants were very attentive. We camped in our tent for 2 nights and loved it. Some of our favorite activities were playing soccer in the open field near the playground, cooking around the fire, and hiking Shaddox Hollow (1.5 mile hike; 15 minute drive to the trailhead). While we were there we were already planning a trip back in the summer to take advantage of swimming in the lake!

Note that this specific campsite should probably be re-paved, it's chipping off down the hill it's on, so backing the trailer on to the now very narrow drive was fun. (more deteriorated than the picture on the site shows) But, once that was all sorted it's a very nice area - close to Bentonville which is why I booked this location. Very easy in / out access.

Prairie Creek was my first Corps campground. I LOVED IT! The site was spacious, it was quiet, and I could go on lovely walks around the campground. I was looking for a place to relax, and this exceeded expectations.

An awesome campsite and experience. Perfect cool weather. Why?!... was I the only person in Loop A? Is it me? Did they know I was coming?

Good stay for our first night on vacation. For those that might care, they have put toilets. But, they were clean and well-kept.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
