Loved the campground and the campsite, but do not leave your coolers out for any reason if youre not on the campsite. They are not kidding, no warning given. They will confiscate your coolers WITH our drinks and give you a $205 ticket, THEN get your cooler back. Understand its for our safety but wouldve appreciated a warning since not all of us are experienced campers. Its alright learning as I go, love campsite otherwise.

Beautiful campsite and campground. Roomy not cramped like the valley. Totally different vibe.

Clean campground, run very efficiently. Shoutout to the rangers who helped me modify my reservation when the app did not work!

Loop B was quiet and more secluded than Loop A or C. Beautifully located next to the creek, we had a great time.

Campsite 66 is just across the road from the river. A big open site with views of the sky. The campsites right across (70s) are right on the river and superior. Wawona is a great campsite and if you can't get reservations in Yosemite valley a good option to be near Mariposa Redwood grove and 45mins from the valley.

Overall campsite was not bad. Clean bath room, good location near yosemite and river right next to it. But the site we were in was next to major hwy hence very noice with car traffic. Almost like tenting in car pool lane. So get the site away from the road

Very beautiful and wild campsite. It almost feels like wild camping in nature. The pitches are very large for those of us who were in a tent, and the grill area is well maintained. There are no showers

Very nice campground, clean bathrooms, most sites seem level for tent camping and plenty spaced out.

We stayed at site 75 loop C and it was absolutely perfect. We had a gorgeous view of the river, the campsite was in excellent condition, and the park rangers were very informative and friendly.

Regardless of the shutdown, camp staff was extremely helpful and available. Outstanding trip and wonderful time. Thanks!!!

The location of the campground is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the valley but close enough that it doesnt take long to drive in. Sound sensitive folks just be aware if your site is close to the main road you will hear cars all night & it can be fairly loud.

A very clean, quiet and neat campground with a large enough campsite.

I reserved site 016 at Wawona Campground through Recreation.gov, but upon arrival, the site was already occupied by another party. There was no ranger or staff available to help resolve the issue, which was very disappointing. This overbooking caused disruption to my plans and inconvenience. I hope Recreation.gov improves its booking accuracy and on-site support for future visitors.

Great campsite! We were right by the River which was a lovely sound to fall asleep to. Its about a 50 minute drive to Yosemite valley which wasnt a problem for my group. We enjoyed being in an area that wasnt as heavily populated. The bathrooms were one of the more well maintained campsite bathrooms that Ive seen. There was running water and soap.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
