Complete and utter false advertising, the pictures you had one your website of the campgrounds is extremely misleading. I meant to stay at site G and on the map it implies is private but when I arrived i realized that Im only 30 feet away from campsite F and theres another drive in site on the other side of the site that the map implies is much further away. Dont waste your time here. The lake is pathetic and nasty and the overlook is pointless. Theres plenty of better options in Minnesota

If you want a quiet place to relax this is it. We stayed at the horse campground just before the main campground. Nice big sites, power and water. They do have a vault toilet. We didnt use it as we are self contained.

The campground was easy to find. My site was level. I had difficulty opening the door to the power. I small handle would have helped, I needed to use a screwdriver in a seam open it.

We stopped for a couple nights. Was in Site #20. Had a nice view down to lake. Got a few hours of sun but mostly shade. Only about 3 spots will you get any sun Camp host was helpful. Shower house was clean. Water spigots are slow so filling up with water will take some time. There was a cheese factory a few miles up the road to grab some cheese curds. The bird noise can be deafening at times. We would stay again.

We had site 17. Lots of shade but also a fair amount of bugs. Bring your repellent. Our site was pretty level but some are not. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

We had spot 18 which was full sun and for us was great for one night. I dont think any spot is level, But we figured it out. For COE land it was a great park! Dump station and fill station on the way in everything was great!

Perfect place to escape the Twin Cities for a few nights to be in the woods and away from civilization without having to go too far. Terrific hosts who shared some helpful information. Clean shower and restroom facilities. Generally spacious sites. The one hiking-only trail starting from behind the activity building needs some clearing. I didn't explore the shared trails for horses. The view of the reservoir from the lookout by the campground is now largely obscured by young trees. There is a clearing with a nice grassy area, large fire pit and a couple of picnic tables accessible from a path behind the activity building. The highlight from this early July visit was watching the moonrise through the clearing between sites 20 and 21, while the fireflies were all glowing in the brush all around.

This was a nice quiet place for a stopover on our way home. We wish we would have had more time to explore the area.

Site 33 was beautiful, backing up to a forested hill. It overlooked a trail and we were able to see some horses go by. Lots of shade. This loop is farther away from the full service bathhouse so be prepared to use what is essentially an outhouse or take a long walk. There is a spigot with water at the entrance to the loop.

Heavily wooded campground but spot 18 has a clear view for the Starlink and also the prettiest landscape view. Host was helpful. Clean bathrooms.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
