The site and facilities were very clean. The shower was strong and plenty of hot water. It was a beautiful site. I stayed at site #25. It was very private and quiet. Great for decompressing and enjoying the trees. I highly recommend this campground.

The campground is well cared for and the bathrooms/showers are clean and stocked. We enjoyed the hiking trail and the playground. It is a beautiful setting. The beach is on the other side of the lake but it is easy to find and worth the drive.

None of the trees had leaves yet so there wasn't much privacy but once the tree bloom I am betting most site can't see each other. There is a building with hot showers and bathrooms. The site was pretty level and had a fire pit and picnic table. I would stay here again.

This campground is awesome! The sites are very private and the bathroom/shower facilities are very clean. We booked and brought our dogs in anticipation to do a lot of hiking, but the weather was in the 90s and just too hot for our dogs. This site says theres onsite swimming, so we figured wed take the dogs swimming instead. The swimming area is 15 minutes away and doesnt allow dogs. The locals said there are no swimming areas nearby that allows dogs due to people ruining this in the past. Just be aware if youre bringing dogs! Apart from that, the campground was awesome, relaxing and secluded!

Its not overly clear in descriptions of the site, but the campgrounds are not really close to the day use recreation areas. Other places Ive been, they're more integrated and you can walk from campground and get into the hiking trails, etc. Here, as far as i could tell, Id need to drive 15 mins or so to get to any trails. Pros and cons to both set ups, but just sharing since I hadnt realized it before booking.
