An absolutely wonderful experience! Site is right next to the lake walkdown. I was lucky enough to have very nice neighbors who gave me some great compliments on my tent. This is definitely gonna be my spot for many more camping trips in the future! North Bend Park is a must!

We stayed at site 202, and this has easily been one of the best parks we've visited so far. The entire park is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and relaxing, with a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the friendly people we encountered. The lake is absolutely stunning, perfect for unwinding or simply enjoying the view.We had a great time exploring the paved trails and park roads on our bikes. While our site required a bit of effort to get the RV level, it wasnt a major issue and everything was great once we got it set up.Overall, I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway. Were already looking forward to our next visit!

We have been staying at North Bend for over 20 years and always a pleasant experience. The campground is well maintained and staff friendly. This is the best campground on Kerr lake in my opinion .

The park was very clean and the people were very friendly. Many of the sites were quite large and very level. My site however was extremely narrow, with the trailer pulled all the way to one side I only had 12 in between the stairs and the slope. If you stumbled coming out of the stairs it would have been quite easy to fall down the slope. For reference my trailer is 8 ft 6 in wide and has only two steps . The View on the web page is deceiving many of the trees and brush have grown up and the view to the water is very limited. Also the length of the site was just enough to hold my 27 foot trailer and my F-150. The lower level where the picnic table was was very nice it was very large you could easily put a very large canopy on it plus it had a concrete table for grilling. We walked around the campgrounds and found many Waterfront sites that were much longer and much wider.

We had a very enjoyable 3-night stay at North Bend Campground, Loop B, Site 120 over the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. This site has a fantastic lake view but is a bit exposed if there are strong winds from the east or west. There were no utilities at our site but our Geo Pro 15TB has its own supporting solar power/freshwater available in the camper. The shoreline is rocky adjacent to our campsite, but I did manage to launch my kayak a few sites away between the rocks. There is a beach area on the opposite side of the road not too far away. The nearby bathhouse facilities (separate restroom/shower rooms) were well maintained and very clean. North Bend is one our favorite campgrounds.

We book the Mays Chapel Group site each year for a large group of friends. Its perfect for everyone to spread out their tents and enjoy the weekend. The gazebo is good for a central hangout spot. The bathrooms are a short walk away. The beach access is also nearby with your own entrance to it. Be careful about nearby critters checking to see if you leave any food out. The only annoying thing is despite the signs of it being a private camp area; expect people to walk and drive in and then leave.

Everything was very good at the property, except showers. They need to be update and sinks for washing dishes too.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
