Very nice campground, beautiful venue. Facilities were very well maintained. Of the COEs that we have stayed at this one is in the top 2. 1 thing of note, other campers do not control their pets. The agreement to stay states that your pets will not be an annoyance to other campers. When your 4 dogs bark at everyone walking or riding by 12 hours a day then that is an annoyance. Camp hosts do not want to deal with this. But to be sure, these animals are annoying and a hindrance. Otherwise this is a great place.

Site 171 is a nice large site with a good mix of sun and shade. Even though it is not lakeside it has a nice view. We'll rent it again.

As usual, the campground was quiet and clean and no one was too wild or crazy. I like the earlier check out time too!

Section C is close quarters with nearby campers and little privacy. Water view is possible depending on the units across the road from you.

This was our first time staying here the Gate attendants and volunteers were very polite and courteous. Park was very well kept, bath houses were nice and clean ,each shower had its own door from outside that locked. Rangers were very professional and all rules were enforced. Our campsite was huge and was also well maintained . Almost all of the campsites have a view of the lake. There are lots of places to swim and fish as well as paved walking trails through the park. We loved our stay and plan on going back.

Lake access from this campground is great. Bath facilities are newer, but extremely poor air circulation. Hard to shower on a warm and humid day or evening.
