What a great place to spend the NYE weekend in the beauty and quiet of a CoE campground. We are never disappointed with CoE facilities, North Bend was no exception. Friendly, helpful staff and volunteers, nice site and hot showers so I didn't have to use water from my tank since site water was off for the season. I really appreciated the paved trail for exercise as well as the overall solitude of the location.

Park attendant was very helpful at gate and pleasant to talk to. Park is clean and well kept. Water was shut off at the sites but understand due to possibility of freeze.Water was available at dump station but did not need as we brought some.Convenient store about 2 miles outside property with gas.Stayed one night in a motor home. All sites are back in

Campsites are very large and you don't feel like you are on top of other campers. The swimming area was great, but be sure to wear water shoes as the bottom is very rocky. We also tried fishing at the fishing pier but did not have any luck as temperatures were in the 90s.
When you reserve a site, make sure electric and water are included as many of the nicer sites do not offer this.

The volunteers at the gate house were friendly and helpful. The ground staff and park rangers are courteous and appreciated.
