The park hosts were friendly, responsive, and kept the spots clean and raked. Our spot was extremely level and on the river so we were able to fish from shore nearby. The electric stayed on during the thunderstorm that blew through at night and the dump station was well positioned and equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very peaceful park.

The hosts, Bill and Mini were so great. Friendly, helpful just great.Sites were perfect. We stayed at 36 and loved the deck and being close to the water. We'll be back and stay longer.

The campsite is COE so it's great. Well maintained grounds and sites. Of course the COE campsites are known for their bathrooms and this one does not disappoint. My personal preference, when camping, is to have vegetation all around my campsite space for some privacy and that is not afforded here. There is an adequate amount of space between sites but thethere is not vegetation to give you privacy. I was the only tent at the campsite. The sites tend to cater to RV/trailer/vans. Long driveways to park on but also good gravel areas for table and fire ring.

Lovely spot! This was a last minute stay for us and we were very pleasantly surprised. About 10 miles away from Hwy 20. Check in was easy, the host was very pleasant. The bathrooms were clean with great showers. The campground is picturesque, just off of the Black Warrior river. Maybe a couple of bugs but nothing outrages (June). I would definitely stay again. There is a little bit of a hill i and out but I saw quite a few larger rigs so they made it ok.

Beware!The entrance/exit gate is closed from 10pm to 6am. This is not disclosed when reserving online, nor is it in the confirmation email. And was not mentioned by the nice campground host lady that checked me in. I found out later that it was listed in the printed information sheet handed to me on check in. I had planned an overnight stay and an early morning departure. Had I known, I would not have stayed here.Hopefully, the online information and confirmation notes can be updated to include this info so future campers can plan accordingly.The park itself is nice and quiet, well-kept, and has large spaces.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennings Ferry! The campsite was level and easy to find! Everything at the campsite was in working order and we had no problems during our stay. We will definitely be staying there again!

Nicely wooded campground, easy to maneuver through. At the gate, call the number for host to come check you in. They were very friendly and came quickly. Good one night spot on the water close to a fishing pier and boat launch.

Ive never stayed at a campground where the tent pads are actually raked, clean of pinecones and twigs. This campground is immaculate, with shining, clean bathhouses. Our only regret was that we could only stay one night. Many thanks to the camp hosts, who were kind when we arrived late without a reservation. This was the nicest campground we stayed in on our two week trip that covered four states.

We were on campsite 13 and was able to see the river and clear creek from our site. Watched boats being launched and returning all day and also seen a couple barges on the river. Campsite host was extremely helpful and nice. Met a corp of engineers ranger that was very nice and friendly. Jennings Ferry is very nice and cell service is decent with Verizon and satellite signals are easy to get on the creek side.

10 outta 10! Absolutely beautiful campground.We stayed here while going to a game in Tuscaloosa,a bit outta the way but we are so glad we stayed! The Campground itself is beautiful,peaceful and quiet.The Camp hosts were a sweet couple who answered all our questions and were very helpful.The bathrooms were well maintained and clean.The Wifi was a bit spotty for us but in a place as beautiful as this we didn't mind.We were really bummed when we needed to check out early due to severe storms moving in but were given a partial refund which we weren't expecting.We drove 5hrs with two kids and two dogs to stay here and will absolutely be back!

Not very happy, made us sit in boat launch area when sites were empty no reason for that. Will not be going back.

Nice big spots, always clean bathrooms. Very quiet park. Lots of fishing boats.

Great campsite with W&E. Level, on concrete pad, spacious. Distance privacy, but not much visual privacy. Fishing is the primary activity, but I did bird watching and could rack up 40 species per day with ease. Clientele was easy going and friendly. Excellent hosts. DTV channels not too numerous. Good AT&T cell coverage, 2 bar 5G. Few barges, but when passing by, can be noisy. Otherwise, a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Coming off highway is a short but steep hill. Road to the park is OK but could use a freshing up. No host at gate, must call before going to site. Hosts are friendly and kept sites clean. All sites look like they had work done as they all have a nice level concrete pad. Restrooms are also very nice and clean.

Tent camp at Site 18. The camp hosts were extremely kind and helpful due to my late arrival at 8:30pm. They escorted me to my site and checked in on me the following morning to make sure I was safe and okay as a solo camper. The grounds are well-maintained and the bath house was very clean and warm on the cold mornings.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
