We came through the night pulling a 43ft 5th wheel. We only stayed for 1 night. Great spots by the water. All the sites are very unlevel. Great price for $15 per night ant the end of November. Each site has a narrow cement curb which is great in some spots with a ditch. Campground could get an uplift. Great location.

Sites on the lake side are very slanted towards the lake and all back in. A long trailer will take significant raising of back legs. Sites across the street looked much better and you still see the lake. The roads are not maintained so lots of uneven surface and plenty of potholes.

We have been coming to this park for years and just love it there! The same attendant has been there for several visits and is always welcoming . We will be back!

The hosts were great and very accommodating. Our site, #25, has a great view of the lake and is listed at 71 feet long. The slight grade was substantial and is one of the more difficult sites weve ever set up on. A short camper is more appropriate for this site. Many sites in the campground had slight grades. We experienced a barking dog at the next site. It took the rangers 24 hours to address the barking, but they did. We will not go back.

The volunteers there really go way above what beyond what is or should be expected from them. They are truly a rare breed Thanks to all of them.

Wonderful campground. It may be old and a little worn, but there are big sites with lots of grass and not too busy.

The grounds were mowed and looked great! We were in spot 15, had great view of the beautiful sunrise over Bardwell Lake. As always, we had no problems with anything! Thank you and we'll see you next year for the NHRA Fall National!

The host were great and more than hospitable caring manner. the fact that this site states there are 50 amp sites, the one I chose was not a 50 amp when I arrived. So the helpful host help me exchange that paid site for an available 50 amp site. When I went to hook up there, it was not a 50 amp plug. So I gave in and made it through my stay. I notice where a tractor would better be used in cutting grass, the smaller z-turn mowers take four days to complete a mow. what wasted resources. This helps the breeding of chiggers close to the sites and makes it difficult for the workers to keep the weeds down. Anyhow, it was not a bad experience, but certainly not what the web site states. The information that identifies the the 50 amp sites should be checked and corrected. A farm tractor with grass cutter attachment like at other ACE projects should be available for the large amounts of grass to manage. Bottom line, this ACE park should have the same support as the others in the area.

We always have a good time but the past few times it seams to be a homeless kinda park this past time there was a trailer that was there but had people that look liked they were living there they had stuff laying around and working on trailer and cars and the grass is always high we always have to bring a weedeater so we can cut the grass around camp and a trail to be able to fush

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
