Always enjoy our stay at Twin Lakes. Nice neighbors too. Looking forward to our next stay

People should be careful selecting a site if you have an RV over 23 feet. Trees are extremely close to the sites and the roads which makes it hard to get to and back into many sites.

Quiet and clean. Going back in October. Would recommend it highly.

This was an excellent site with many trees and front row access to the water with no rock wall.The site is situated so the late afternoon sun is not directly beaming at you and there are enough trees to break up the wind on those overly breezy days plus some measure of storm protection. Overall it's a very good site.

Great location with basically level area for parking. Sandy man-made beach area. Clean. Friendly camo host. One of our favorite places to camp.

We love Twin Lakes and go there often. Site are clean, mostly level and the views are spectacular. Camp staff friendly. One of our favorite places.

Site 32 overlooks the lake but has no direct shore access. There is a path down to the lake that runs behind Site 33 with space enough to set a couple of chairs lakeside if desired. Site was long enough for our 40 Class A but we chose to park the toad across the front of the coach because of the curve in the road. Site was level front to back but we needed to raise the passenger side to level side to side. Campground roads were in good shape and easy to navigate (we unhooked the toad near the gate). Easy site to back into, but seemed a bit cramped compared to most of the other sites in the park. The 5er next to us blocked a good bit of the lake view (but the people were super nice). I would probably choose a different site if I were to return to Twin Lakes. Bath house was reasonably clean, some dead bugs buts that not unusual; bring your own soap and towel to wash your hands as neither is supplied. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showering. Camp host was friendly and the grounds were well-kept. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Site was great! Easy back-in for our 40 Class A. Perfectly level. Extremely private. Bath house and trash nearby but neither visible from site. No recycling available anywhere in campground, unfortunately. Plenty of space between sites. Cant really see water from site but the view into the woods and the privacy are worth it. Bath house was clean, staff was friendly, grounds were well maintained. It was our first stay at Twin Lakes and we would definitely stay again.

Twin Lakes has changed. The common grounds and facilities are less maintained.I shared my concerns last year about the new host couple, Bill & his wife. Both this year and last year I rarely see both of them in the gatehouse at the same time. Last year Bill was sleeping in the gatehouse on duty and I had to wake him. While checking the sites both ride in their car leaving the gatehouse unmanned. This year the gate was not locked at 10pm on their shift. Due to their ages I don't believe that they are not physically able to fulfill their duties. As a senior adult myself, my comments are not about age but abilities.I believe this needs to be addressed by the Corp of Engineers for safety and security. Maybe the Corp has lowered their standards. I sure don't see the other gatehouse employees, Ala and Trish, not performing their duties.I would hope someone at the Corp addresses my comments and takes action.

Place was ok. Bathhouses were not great. Cant take your golf cart which is ridiculous seeing the size of the campground. Lots of shaded areas. Hosts were rude.

First time at this location and it was great. Site was in good shape and shaded by trees. Water is just about 100 feet away. Sandy beach area. Boat land is a middle steep but manageable. We will be returning in the future. Site 85

Nice level site. Clean campground. Great views. Clean and functional dump station. Lost one star due to very old bath house on this loop and shower controls are a push button that stops running after 90 seconds and no temp control. Bath house in other area much better condition, more space and normal shower controls.

The reason for the Good rate was it got very windy and we were tent camping . We had some difficulty putting the tent up but once it was up we were very happy of the quietness and clean bathrooms. They kept them cleaned regularly. No wildlife except for the crane. We enjoyed watching it. We took our small dog and he was very good on his first camping trip. He behaved better there than at home. I will return again. I only can camp on weekends and its usually hard to get a site. But when I can I will camp there again.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
