It is a little tight for bigger rigs. We have 31ft 5th wheel and no problems. My brother has a 36ft class A and it was tight for him. Very clean vault toilets.

We enjoyed our time at Haviland Lake Campground. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I missed was not having a dump station.

Nice quiet campground next to pretty lake. Sites are pretty well spaced out and offer good privacy. There are lots of big pine trees and Sites are shaded. Basic facilities, no showers. Good base for hiking in area. I stayed 2 nites and enjoyed my stay.

We loved this campground and campsite so much we came back for the last week of our trip! The campground hosts are truly the best hosts we've ever met, they take such amazing care of the grounds and are so kind and helpful! We love that this campground is quiet, clean, peaceful, and right on the lake, we went paddling every single evening before dinner. Plenty of water spigots and bathrooms dispersed throughout the campground. We can't wait to come back next year!

The lake is gorgeous! The sites being surrounded by trees makes it feel like you are camping in a very remote area. It feels like bundocking with electricity

One of the best camping spots we have had. Great scenery, clean and quiet campgrounds. Fishing was great too.

Amazing campground, seriously one of the best I've ever been to. Clean bathrooms, great views of the lake, fresh water and power for my camper trailer. The only negative is it was very expensive. $106 a night for the site I stayed at. At this price, it's hard to say if I can justify going back, at least to the premium campsite I rented.

Beautiful location, excellent facilities and the camp hosts were friendly and flexible! Great hiking all around and the mountain town of Durango is only 20 minutes away

This is a lovely, clean, well maintained campground. Many campsites have thick foliage, so you have privacy. There's a nice walk to lakeside .

Great campground right on Haviland Lake! The camp hosts truly keep in this campground in tip top shape, once of the cleanest and most well kept we've stayed at. Spot 26 was in the upper part of the campground, which is farther away from the lake but you have drive down to the boat ramp anyways no matter where your camped and it was easy enough. Spot was quiet, easy to back into, and were able to get great Starlink signal (probably one of five sites that actually gets good Starlink signal in the whole campground). We'd stay here again!

Well if you get sites close to the water or over looking the water be prepared to have people walking thru your site all day. No respect they wouldnt even walk on outside of spot. One even fell into my tent. Very bad.

This is a wonderful spot for tent camping. For campers or RVs, as other reviews have mentioned, it isnt ideal. There is no driveway or pull-off into the campsite, you literally just have to park your camper along the main campground road. We have a smaller A-Liner pop-up, and I really cant imagine trying to squeeze anything larger in. And since youre just parking on the road, there is really no privacy or quiet. This is a VERY busy area and campground, so all day (and much of the night), cars & people will be passing directly next to your camper windows. There is also a day-use trail on the other side of the campsite along the lake, so there is really near-constant traffic on both sides. If youre used to camping like this, I would imagine that isnt an issue! But if youre wanting something that feels quieter and more private, and is more trailer/RV-friendly, I would really not recommend this spot. The lake views and access were great here though, so that was a big plus!

We love this campground. The little lake was almost full and perfect for kayaking. The campground was very tidy and the Camp hosts were friendly. We are so enjoyed the nearby trails for hiking.

This site can fit up to 5 mid-sized SUVs in the driveway. It is fairly secluded with decent foliage between the two neighboring sites. It is backed by a hill that leads into the forest. It is close to the restroom, but you aren't able to see the restrooms from the site. The restrooms throughout the campgrounds are very well maintained, well ventilated, and very clean. The lake is very clear. It gets windy during the afternoon, so it does tend to push you around when on the water. The water warms up throughout the day and is warmest in the late afternoon. There are plenty of picnic tables and fire/charcoal pits. The campgrounds has cell phone reception throughout, but maybe 2-3 bars.

The campground itself was lovely, but I arrived late in the day, almost dark, after a beautiful long 12 hour ride crossing the Rockies on my motorcycle, coming from Denver. This was the most important day of the trip west, and my cup was full. The camp managers were very kind and helpful. It was in the morning when I woke up, packed up, and hurried off to eventually stop for the night in Texas, that I came out of the camping area and stopped- I was so struck by the beauty of the lake, the mountains, the sunrise in this sacred place. If I had my trip to do over, #1-more memory cards for the GoPro, Ill regret for the rest of my life not filming the Million Dollar Highway on my solo bike trip to show/scare my husband when I got home. #2-spending so much time riding that I didnt get to enjoy the places I landed for the night, other than sunrises and sunsets. My suggestion, take the trip, linger with some coffee by the lake. Sit. Wonder. Wander.

I had issues with my coach and Jim, the camp host was very helpful. Thanks to you, Jim and Mike. There were some branches that needed to be trimmed to keep them from scratching RV,s. But overall its a nice park. Id stay there again.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
