Trees need to be trimmed, be prepared to hit branches on a lot of the sites with higher campers. Some of the sites need more stones to level out the fire rings

Despite a rocky start due to DOGE, the park has revived.

This is an outstanding park! Very well kept and managed. The volunteers do an outstanding job at their duties. Fire pits always cleaned between reservations and sites turned around quickly. Bathrooms and showers are always spotless. Lots of areas to hike and walk.

Beautiful spacious sites. Would have given it a 5 but the utilities were designed to accommodate 2 sites so no matter which site you were in, you needed long cords/hoses. If you were on the right hand site, you had to run everything under the camper. Otherwise, the park was well maintained.

Ives Run is in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania with the rolling hills and the backdrop of the lake. Site 97 was nice and overlooking the lake. We did have to use our levelers on the right side to get level. We plan on going back on our next long camping trip in april.

For Adventure motorcycle riders... close by the north end of the PA-BDR-X. Quiet with plenty of space.

The usual. Very clean, well managed. Permit in our name on the post upon our arrival. Well patrolled. One of our favorite campgrounds or senior christens. The discount helps also. Thanks to all.

Absolutely love the place Peddled 72 miles that day just to stay there. The stars are so magnificent in that area. The campground like all US ACOE grounds are always perfectly kept and a hidden gem for campers. or bicycle tourists like me.

This was my first time camping here - although I have visited the hiking trails before several times. I stayed in the Hawthorne loop and really enjoyed how it is layed out in a circular pattern. I think the sites are spaced apart enough, and that we all aren't staring at each other when we are having a campfire. I also LOVE that this campground is DOG FRIENDLY! Thank you!!!! It makes for great socialization and laughs for everyone! The campground is conveniently by the boat ramp for those who take their boats along too! I camped in October, so the beach was closed, and the camp store was closed. But my loop had laundry service in the central bathroom building, so that is a big plus. Overall I give this campground a 10.

I drove 4 hours only to find out from the camp ground host that hammock's are not allowed. I did not see this listed anywhere in the rules on your website. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle. I am involved in scouting and quite a few in our unit use hammocks responsibly with tree saver straps. This should be prominently stated.

Our visit to Ives Run was late in the season and the campground was run with limited staff. The volunteer camp stewards, small staff & responsible campers made everything work perfectly. I love this campground and commend the Army Corps of Engineers for their excellent management.

We get a few campsites with some of our friends. The sites are a decent size and not on top of each other.The campground is quiet, clean, and beautiful. There is a boat launch, picnic grounds, store . It's close to PA's grand canyon, as well as Mansfield. I haven't had a chance to walk the trails yet but hope to next year.

We went ebiking both on a trail at Ives run and also the nearby Pine Valley trail. We kayaked the lake and enjoyed the beautiful fall colors. We rented Site 101 and that loop was very quiet and fellow campers very respectful. Id highly recommend this camp experience.

Ives Run is such a great place to camp. My family has been camping there for over 20 years. I had been away for about the last 10 years and it was wonderful to go back and see and feel how great it is. Thank you so much

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
