My Faculty (who actually went to Ives Run) reported that everything was set up well and clearly marked. It was a great Fall Retreat

It was beautiful, well-maintained. The only drawback was the distance of electrical post to the pad. I had to put a bungie cord around my surge protector to reduce strain on plug/ keepplug in post because my cord barely made it my rig.

We always camp in the rustic, non-electric Pine area when we stay here. It is a mile away from the main camp ground. It is quiet and allows us to moor our boat just off shore of our campsite. This allows easy access to the water to swim, boat or paddle board and watch the kids in the water while sitting at camp.

We had a beautiful site # 74, with views of the lake and the mountains. A perfect site for watching the sunrise. Camp host was friendly and the other campers as well. We are from NJ, 6 hours away and it is our favorite place to camp. Returning in October.

This is one of our favorite places to camp at. Spacious sites with full hookups in many sites. It is very well managed and taken care of by camp hosts and volunteers.

Love the campgrounds, day use areas, lake facilities and visitor center and entire on site staff. Was a little dissappointed that the archery course was not in service due to not enough staff to set the targets out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ives Run. The sites are spacious, the grounds are clean, access in and out is easy. Biking and walking on the rail trail highlighted our trip as well as exploring the Corning Museum of Glass. We will return here again and again.

There is a huge lack of trimming tree branches, in the loops and worse is the campsite. With taller campers, esp 5th wheels many roofs are getting scored or torn. Trim the branches. Take a 14 pole, trim the branches.

Very clean, plenty of space between campsites, beautiful views, near Pa Grand Canyon, Watkins Glen. Biking, hiking, or just a drive in the mountains. Large lake to kayak. Highly recommend this campground.

The current reservation system works well. You must plan your stay months in advance to get the sites you want. The area has a lot to offer. We have been camping at Ives Run for many years and enjoy biking on the Pine Creek Rail Trail, spending time in Wellsboro, and the eating at local restaurants. Since it is only two hours from our home in Sullivan County, Ives Run is convenient for us. When we arrive at our site, it is always ready with our name on the site post and the fireplace cleaned out.

Beautiful camp ground. It would be great if camp store was open. Especially to provide wood and ice for sale.

Only problem was the sap from the pine tree overhanging to parking spot and getting on my husband's truck. Took him 11/2 hours to clean it off. However the park ranger came and cut down the limb! There is also a dead tree behind the spot that no one would miss if it went away!

Kayaking is a must do when here. We also really enjoyed boating this time. This was the first time that we brought our dogs and there was plenty of room for them and areas to be walked. We were in a site with water and electric, no sewer, in the Hickory loop. We recommend bringing an extra long extension cord for your electric and an extra long water hose as hook ups are quite far away. The sites have quite a bit of distance between them which is nice.

We always love the park and its hiking trails, disc golf, swimming, friendly campers, the start nights and of course, the peaceful camping. It did not disappoint this year, once again. Very clean camping curious hosts friendly rangers. A perfect 10. Thanks everyone

We viewed a rattlesnake moving through the park one morning. The ranger responded quickly and professionally relocated the snake. Well done!!!!!!

We love camping at Ives Run. It is so peaceful and enjoyable. Fishing is enjoyable and it is fun to go to the beach and bike riding is great. Visiting the snakes is always something the grandkids love to do.

very pleasant, quiet and peaceful stay. enjoyed the say except for the hickory tussock moth caterpillar that were all over everything. They have barbs on both ends and can cause severe allergic reactions. I got hives all over my arm from having one on me. Not a complaint just be aware that nature is not always your friend.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
