Nice location. Restrooms dated but otherwise OK. Park is well attended. Corning NY an easy drive with its Glassworks and downtown areas.

Very easy to book. But our walkway to the pavilion, Ives Run North, was very difficult for elderly and disabled that attended.

We love staying at Ives Run. One of our favorite COE campgrounds.

You need to repair the entrance road coming from the highway into the campground. The road is so rough I thought our motorhome was going to come apart.

The site we stayed on, site 99 is a very nice site with lots of shade. We planned to camp at Ives Run again on the future.

As the season has ramped up, the attention to mowing, etc. has improved markedly.

Nice large camp sites. Make sure you have at least 70 feet of power cord and water line. Site # 122 requires this as a minimum. Nice place. Jason's bar has great cheese stakes.

We always love our time at Stephenhouse Pavilion for our family reunion! There are plenty of tables, good shade, enough electricity, a good source of water, plenty of parking, and the creek is near for wading. Always a great time!!

We have enjoyed camping at Ives Run for many years. We use to stay in the Pine camping area when children and grandchildren were small so they could swim and boat from the campsite. We now enjoy staying in or near Beech so everyone can ride their bikes and we can enjoy some water sports. Viewing the reptiles is fun but they were not open this time. It's a great park to take nice trail hikes.

Make sure you bring your own firewood. Be aware that the camp store has been closed for your visit and no firewood is available at this campground

We believe a 4 out of 5 stars is an honest, good rating.

Wish the tv reception was better. It was close for us to take friends to the Grand Canyon in Pa.

Hawthorne loop was full hook up. Great water pressure and close access to utilities. Verizon 2-3 bars with good data download. Patrolled every night by Tioga Sheriff! Staff were very nice and helpful. Camp store snd checkin building not open.

Sites were clean and had some shade from trees, power and water where more than our 50 ft hose and ran through the site. We met family and were able to get enough hose and power line to hook up.

This our favorite place to camp. Sites are roomy. Lots for the kids to do with biking, hiking, & swimming. Very clean!!
@AnnieAC3931B73 · Camped on Jul 1, 2025 at Campsite #141
Our site was clean and close to the water. Each tent site did not have pottable water but there was water at the bathrooms to use for washing dishes. There were no showers at our tent area. We chose the tent area but our neighbors brought a huge camper and a loud generator for their stay - Good bye to peaceful quiet.

Power was knocked out to the campsite multiple times due to storms prior to and after our arrival. The camp store is closed yet still shown on the maps. No mention of the camp store being closed permanently. Camp host for Hawthorn loop was bothered by the fact that we were gone most of our last day there. We where back within an hour of check out tho and he still felt it necessary to stop by an tell us that... weird. Overall a nice campground on a lake with decent cel signal and a few tv stations. Close to PA Grand Canyon.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
