Hickory utility posts are distant and awkward. My site not level. Hickory bathhouses good. My biggest complaint is the trails are not maintained. Too overgrown to use. I chose the campground because I saw hiking trails on map, but once there I couldnt use.

Beautiful view, site is level and paved. Be aware that the water and electric hookups are about 50 feet on the street side of your trailer, so bring extra water hoses and electric cables.

Corp needs to update their bathrooms and electrical service. Your bathrooms are dated and in pine thru are disgusting, paint peeling, toilet seats dirty, paint peeling chipped. Your electrical services panels are leaning, dated and some sites it requires a long length. You have not updated in a long time yet you can buy several electric vehicles for a host to ride around to see if a tire is on the grass. Lack of daily maintenance.

We absolutely loved it! So beautiful and well kept. Very peaceful too! Will definitely be coming back! Have already been recommending it to everyone.
