Beautiful campground. Lake front campsite. Fall colors out and leaves falling. Bathrooms could use a little more attention. Need to have more maps and camp info at the office since the office is closed. Side note recreation.gov needs to modify their reservation process so if there are sites available you should be able to reserve the same day or drive in and be able to camp. Their 24 hr reservation window is not for every one.

Ives run is a beautiful campground. The sites are spacious and a nice distance apart. It is very clean and everyone is nice and helpful. There is plenty in the area to do such as fishing, boating, and the rail trail is close by. Would definitely recommend Ives Run campground.

Ives Run is our favorite place to camp, we've been going there for years. Admittedly, it is difficult to get our preferred sites sometimes but that just shows how popular the campground is. We live in NY and have to drive two hours to be able to camp in such a beautiful place. Either of the ACOE campgrounds along the route is well worth the trip and we try to go to both a couple of times per season. You've got the lake and hiking trails depending on your type of recreation and if you decide to take a day trip, the surrounding area is beautiful as well. Wellsboro is a notable place to check out and only a short drive to the Grand Canyon of the East. There may very well be more attractions in the area but we typically go to this campground to get away from the routine of daily life. So for the most part we are grounded when we get here and we are OK with that. It's beautiful and peaceful!!!

We love Ive's Run! The sites are large, clean and beautiful! We do, however, miss that there is no Ranger at the welcome booth when we get to the park. In the pre-covid past, we always enjoyed being welcomed and having someone to whom we could ask questions. Although the camp hosts are helpful, they aren't always on duty or we sometimes can't find them.

Beautiful campground in northern PA near the PA Grand Canyon. We had a spot overlooking the Tioga River. Clean, spacious and very enjoyable.

Sites are level and good sized. Ours had shade but tree was dropping lots of seeds! Great view of lake. Wonderful place to walk, bike, kayak. It would be nice to have an area for easy kayak entrance/exit. (Boat launches are too slippery for this.) Lots of wildlife:eagles, ospreys, turkey, deer. Rail to trail nearby.
