The restrooms were very clean. Unfortunately, some dog owners dont pick up after their pets, even when they are on or near another campers spot. In this particular instance, the dogs were a Great Dane and a Husky.

We truly enjoyed our visit this year. From the twice daily migration of the geese to the herd of deer on the final day. The guests seemed to be well behaved and actually quiet at night. Such a beautiful setting with a view of the distant lake.

Very nice Pull through site. Lots of room, plenty long for a 28ft ft trailer and truck. End site, so only neighbors on one side. Great park. Good disc golf

Had issue with previous camper staying past check out,Need 50 amp upgrade. More shade trees planted where new ones were have died.

We love Bloomington East and Clinton Lake. We have been camping there for over 15 years. All the rangers and volunteers take very good care of the campgrounds and buildings. Would like to see the electrical updated. We have had to replace our 30 amp connection 3 times due faulty electrical at the site. More 50amp sites should be added. Most of the rigs that come to Bloomington East don't work with or at least work well with 30amp connections. The people who pull or drive these 50amp only rigs prefer Bloomington East to anywhere in the area, including other lakes. Thanks for making this campground such a good destination!

Bloomington East at Clinton Lake is one of the nicer campgrounds in the Midwest. There are a number of large paved sites with well manicured lawn and plenty of tree coverage. Many sites have full hookups and it's a quiet campground. Clinton Lake is one of the larger bodies of water in the Kansas/Nebraska area and is as pretty as any. The Other Bloomington Campground is closer to Lawrence, quite a bit bigger, but is busier and not quite as manicured. This is one of the better campgrounds within a 3-hour drive from Omaha and less than an hour from the KC Metro.

Favorite spot closest to home! The campsites are clean, quiet, and a beach nearby for water activities. There are sometimes Eagle nest sightings!

Great place to stay. Clean, pads are paved and wide, lots of room between campsites. Bathrooms were good as was the shower house. We've been there twice in 2 years and will go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Clinton, Cedar Ridge Campground. Grounds are very well kept. The restroom was very clean. No bugs, no spiderwebs, and even a bottle of hand soap. This is not usually the case shortly at the end of the summer. The showers were equally as clean. The showers were without mold growing in the cement blocks. It looked as tho it had been just freshly painted. Again, no bugs! I watched the camp workers clean the fire pits and sanitize the picnic tables after campers had left. We always enjoy camping here. This time was the best!

The camping locations were great, close to beach trail, etc. but both sites that we rented were covered in longjawed orbweaver spiders. They covered everything from the picnic tables, cars, coolers and camping furniture and we would clear everything off and then overnight they would cover everything again.

It was difficult to find someone in the park to answer questions because we were there before the employee/volunteer came in at 3:00 P.M. Also, couldn't figure out which sites might be first come first serve. Park is well laid out, paved roads, big sites, reasonable price with our Senior Pass. Clean restroom/shower facility.
