Nice, quiet camping.
Prefer full hookup camping.
I definitely will camp there again.

We loved the area and campground. The only things that would have made this an excellent stay are having sewer at the site and a little more attention paid to the disc golf course. We tried to find out some information on what the flags that say 6, 12, and 18 mean but couldn't find anything.

Bloomington East (Cedar Ridge) is a GREAT RV park with plenty to do. Besides the lake (a 2 minute walk from anywhere in the park) there is disk golf and hiking trails as well a neat "little" museum. If you want more "city" experience you can always drive the 18 minutes to either Lawrence (great college town with museums/music/night life) or Topeka the other direction (capitol of KS with great historic museums and the capitol building itself). Both places have good spots to eat, although Lawrence has quite a bit more of that. The sites are good sized asphalt and well-maintained with plenty of grassy space between them and while they don't have full hookups, the dump station is centralized between the different campgrounds and on the way out of the park - very convenient as you leave. Additionally, the staff at the park is great - very nice and easy to work with. It is one of our favorite summer places just to "get away" from the city for a few days. We highly recommend it.
