Ive been camping for decades. I was instructed by my parents that you try not to disturb your camping neighbors by not being loud, by not shining your lights into anyones camp, by being very quiet during quiet hours. By not locking and unlocking your vehicle in a way that the horn chirps or beeps OR that your cars lights light up. All of these unpleasant interactions happened everyday at Apgar. You need to better instruct campers on how to be good camping neighbors. Its important. Its overdue.

Glacier NP was pretty much closed due to winter storm and bear activity. We bypassed our campsite and headed to Kalispell and then Yellowstone.

Apgar Campground is on the winter schedule, and only B Loop is open with pit toilets available. It's still a great spot.

Only primitive camping in October so no access to water, showers, spouts, fill/dump station, etc. Other than that, the campsite and campground were great.

I enjoyed staying here and it is close to the lake with easy access. Here at end of September so the general area was not busy, although the inky campground open in GNP and the campground was pretty full but still some spots open in person. There was a bathroom close to where I was staying but it was locked so we all were walking to a small 1stall each Male and Female and often times there was a line both days I stayed, or Males going into female ( its really all the same just mentioning) because theirs was already taken-the bathroom situation made the experience less but its also minor to me but maybe not to others who may have mobility issues, it was a couple minute walk to the open bathroom. I stayed in B089. Overall Im glad the campground was open and I enjoyed my stay, and would return.

This was an end of the season stay. We had a wonderful time, the campground was quiet. Lake McDonald does not disappoint!

I always enjoy camping at Apgar. This particular site is near the Going To The Sun road so in the summer it might be noisy. I camped in the Fall so it was not a problem. This campsite is near the lake, gift shops, ice cream and the restaurant. Kayaks can be rented here and lots of hiking is close by. It's a great place to camp with lots to do!

Make sure you pick a site on the right side of the road so your awning and door will be on the same side as your fire pit and picnic table.

This is a very beautiful place with many spots available both for rv's and tents. We took the Red Bus Tour of the Road to the Sun. It was a great experience and lot's of fun.

Great site and location, easy access to amenities. Low cellphone access, but close to village. Quiet, peaceful solitude. Friendly, helpful park hosts and fellow campers. Great camping experience!

Lake MacDonald was lovely. Campsite was large and very easy to use. Reservation process was a little difficult to work through as a new subscriber.

People running shop vacuums to clean their car every morning, camp sites are so close you can't even hardly whisper and 2-4 sites can hear you. Traffic at all hours of the night. First time I've been in a natl campground, they may be for some people but not for my family.

It was a nice campsite, the only issue was that the restroom close to me was closed for the season. No real issue since a walk is a good thing and the next one down wasn't all that far. Well maintained grounds.

Really nice campsite, spacious, and conveniently close to the bathrooms. Added bonus that I did not have a cellphone signal at all.

Awesome spot! Definitely needs bear boxes at every campsite; 1-2 community boxes per loop is not enough. BRING SOAP! There is no soap whatsoever in any of the bathrooms or wash basins. Generous folks would leave soap out and maintenance/the volunteer hosts would remove it daily. Disappointing.

Nice and clean campsite, the sites I stayed in and most all sites looked very private. Nice seperation for a more private camping visit. The volunteers were all helpful and friendly.

Big campground, but it feels pretty private with the spacing and vegetation, and this time anyways, there were not many generators running, adding to the peacefulness. Love having the bike path to safely ride into the village with kids.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
