While the tent pads lean a bit, the hiking was excellent.

Everything was nice and clean. Our campsite was clean before we arrived. We loved the sinks at the shower house- saving us lots of time with cleaning at our campsite. We know it was because of the bears but still, it was an awesome convenience. The ranger on duty had a cancellation stamp on a post-it note, which was awesome that someone thought to do that. The only bad thing that couldn't be helped was that the visitors center was closed because of the shut down. That wasn't their fault but it would have been nice to go there for some merch.

Lovely campground! Love the nearby hikes and such! Only negative is having to dump when you leave, wish they had full hookups! Maybe someday?

Bandy creek had some of the cleanest and convenient bath houses we have ever experienced. It was an excellent campground. I would definitely come back!

Great campground with sites that give plenty of room for small or larger trailers. If you have a trailer longer than 25 you may need a 50 amp site to fit your trailer and tow vehicle (they have 50 and 30 amp plugs)Located centrally to lots of hiking and some mountain biking without having to leave the campground is a real bonus. We will be back.

We have camped at Bandy Creek for many years as well as hiked the many beautiful trails that are available. This year we noticed a significant decline in trail maintenance and observed many hikers having great difficulty on the trails due to washouts, downed trees, etc. Perhaps a more active Volunteer Program would help to correct the problems?

We had the best time at Bandy Creek Campground! This was my son's first camping experience and it was perfect. The bathroom facilities are very well kept, camp sites were easy to set up, plenty of downed limbs to collect for fires, and of course the hikes and scenery are unbeatable. We went during fall break, so it was busy and lots of kids around.

It's always a pleasant place to go. I've been here so many times. It's a great place to to set up base camp for a good backpack trip.

The campsites are spacious with plenty of trees in between the sites so it feels a little more private. We enjoyed the hike out to Angel Falls. It was very peaceful and beautiful scenery.

Great park. Nice showers. Tent sites were large enough and well spaced so it didn't feel crowded.

We camped at Bandy Creek first weekend of October and had a wonderful time. Weather was great for hike on Angel Falls trail short drive from campground. Campground is one of nicer ones I have camped at in the area. Sites were too close, and patches of trees between sites gave privacy. Shade from trees was nice as we had dogs with us. Grounds were nice mowed and clean. Bathroom were clean and well maintained. Wonderful to have hot showers. We did get firewood from camp store which was stocked well with essentials. Camp host and park security drove by several times which was nice and made us feel safe. Great experience and we would certainly be back.Must note that we were driving a 30ft camper and came from Jamestown side. There was a bit steep section right before campground else it was nice drive. We had read about steep switchback coming from Oneida and I am glad we were aware and came the other way. We drove through the switchbacks to go to Angel Falls trailhead, and we have never made with our camper thru that section. So beware and make sure to come from Jamestown if you are in a camper, even a short one.

Wonderful, secluded location, well designed camp grounds and well maintained, ample of showers and bathrooms in each spot. This was quite possibly my best camping experience thus far in Tennessee!

Two night unplanned visit turned out to be excellent. First the cons: this is 12 miles to anywhere for major supplies. Also, there are bears in this campground. Now the Pros: Arrived early October on a Monday, and plenty of spots. Prices are good too. Check in was simple, and Staff very helpful. So quiet, with nice trails, bath houses, and visitor center. One recommendation, dont get spot next to trash bins if you are worried about bears. One visited my spot the last morning, and left thier large paw print on the side of my car, but didn't even wake me. Just follow the rules, and you wont have any issue. Can't wait to return.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
