Being able to camp right on the water is incredible. This is one of our favorite spots.

This campground is beautiful! We stayed at a tent site right on the water. Having water access allowed us to rent a canoe and our kids could swim and fish right at our camp site. The campground is quiet, peaceful and clean. We had an amazing time with gorgeous views of Willow bay and the mountains.

Had a great trip. Really like being along the creek. The generator people weren't too bad for a change. Campgrounds were very clean and well kept. I come here at least once every year and will continue!

Good for an overnight stay. Cabins would benefit from roof vents to allow heat to dissipate in the summer. Ceiling fans would also help. Not being able to drive up to your campsite was a bit cumbersome. Not easily accessible for those with handicaps.

The campground was extremely clean and well-maintained. I had no issues using the public facilities like bathrooms/showers/dumpsters. The campground hosts were frequently seen doing rounds and checking in, and they were very kind. The other campers were considerate and we had fewer quiet hour issues than at other campground in the area. Kids felt safe biking and playing with other campers. By far our favorite spot to camp with the family at Kinzua!

Amazing place, always love Willow Bay. I have one issue that has come up both times I have camped there this year. Given the rules about moving firewood into the park, Willow Bay needs to sell a better quality firewood at the booth! Both camping trips this year I ended up buying wood at the booth that is not fully dry, it's not seasoned and it steams off water when you try and start it. I was able to make it work but hopefully they can start cutting wood this summer for use NEXT summer and we can have something that works a bit better.

My family has visited willow bay several times over the years. Never a problem, complaint or reason to never keep going back! Truly a favorite in the forest!

Had an enjoyable stay for some much-needed R&R. Bring your boat. The ramp is very nice.

Wonderful campsite right up against the lake. Only negatives were the firewood we bought at the entrance was a bit damp which made for poor campfires which were difficult to maintain and extremely bold squirrels who attacked our food on the picnic table while we ate. Can't blame any for the squirrels.

This was a quiet, serene location. A bubbling brook, comfortable camping locations, restrooms and showers that were cleaned frequently. No wifi reception ensured a remote visit.

This was our second trip to this site at Willow Bay, it's always a good time! It is a rustic site with a downhill path to access it. The cabins are right across the path from the water, but you'll need to be mindful if the water access camp spots are reserved. There are pit toilets within a few camp spaces walk and there is a water fill up spot that is shared. Rimrock, Jakes Rocks, and Kinzua Swimming area are about a 30 minute drive from here. This campground offers firewood and ice for very reasonable prices, if you need more supplies the town of Warren is about an hour drive away. There is no phone service at this location.

All-in-all it was a very nice time. We were there during the week (NOT week-end) so it was quiet on the Aspen Loop. We enjoyed a nice, level walk around Marilla Lake, a few miles toward Bradford from Willow Bay.

We had a wonderful time at Willow Bay! We stayed on a walk in site #99 and had a great time kayaking and relaxing for four days. The weather wasn't perfect, but we were able to manage. The site itself was ample space to have a large tent and a large pop up canopy along with room for chairs around the fire ring. The distance for walking in to the site is not too bad and there is unloading areas as well. All the sites by us (97, 95, 93) seemed to be just as good as #99 for space and water access. We love camping at ANF campsites and Willow bay has now been added to our return list!

Stayed in a cabin here for one night instead of a motel. Didnt really come for camping, just a place to stay.Cabin was good for that. Has electricity and a heater. Pretty place to walk the dogs. Nice to be out of cell service for a while. Plenty of open space for getting a satellite if you really must send a text.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
