Beautiful area and cabin was very nice. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Less then 100 yds from loading and unloading area to carry items to the cabin site. Then parking at the pit bathroom is about 500 yds walk to the site. Nearest shower house with flush toilets was to far to walk easily but a very short drive with parking available at the restroom. Water in the bay was drawn down preparing for winter, but still very pretty and easily visible from the cabin site. Definitely will be back.

This was our third Willow Bay camping experience. The scenery and area are gorgeous. I love how the place looks. However, I do want to pass along a huge complaint: All three visits were marred/interrupted by chainsaws and weed whackers MULTIPLE times every day - EVERY DAY - even when the cabins next to us were empty, the chainsaws and weed whacking were at or next to our cabin. It was loud and obnoxious and intrusive.

A quiet retreat, clean cabin, rustic and small but just as advertised! Lovely getaway for our family. Kids loved discovering tadpoles in the lake and roasting marshmallows by the fire, and watching fireflies light up the night sky.

Cabin #100 was not as described by the person on the phone(road was not paved to the cabin, just to a parking lot FAR away) so changed to cabin #31 and it had a terrible smell from cats/dogs, so bad we could not stay and by that point the experience had taken on such negativity we left.

Campground and cabin 100 was exactly what I was looking for a springtime get away on my motorcycle. The bay was beautiful and the privacy was appreciated. Would highly recommend this campground and actually booked another long weekend in the fall.

I went on the website to check out Willobay and ended up getting a buy 2 nights get the third free coupon and that was awesome. I called to book our stay and the woman was very helpful and answered all my questions. I told her we were coming to visit family and she genuinely cared and asked about what we were doing and offered suggestions on things to do. When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. I was a bit of a colder time to stay in a cabin but they said if we needed another heater or anything to just let them know and they would bring it no problem. The cabin its self was perfect for us no complaints it was a great weekend and the fall decorations that were up added a nice touch.
