Safe to say, this was our worst trip we have had in our 6 years of camping. Our neighbor was extremely loud. It was during normal hours, most of the day but also right up to quiet hours. You could EASILY hear his music from 7 sites away. It was our 3rd trip to Willow Bay. Others were decent but this one would definitely make us reconsider staying there again. We also weren't the only ones irritated by the loud site

The wooded areas around our campsites made the camping feel very nice and separated us from other camp sites. Our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed the campground. Even with the water very low this year we enjoyed walking the dry bottom of the reservoir and looking at all the neat stumps, rocks, etc.

The camp grounds were clean, the showers were clean, and the sites had plenty of space.

Our Hosts, Jim and Cheryl, provide a world class camp ground. All aspects were just perfect. Willow Bay is, now, our favorite camp ground. We keep coming back. With Bradford and Warren, PA close by, theres plenty to do on rainy days.

Such a beautiful campground ~ sights are very big & surrounded by trees. Alot of areas to walk to & discover even more about this wonderful place.

Park was awesome. Great young men doing maintenance and friendly.
Girl at registration not friendly at all.
She needs a different job. We are there to have fun ,enjoy and relax . Dont need to be greeted with a sour puss.
Thanks Mike Kinser

We enjoyed our time camping at Willow Bay. The only things that is extremely frustrating with Recreation.gov is that you CANNOT trust the information provided for each camp site. We stayed in site 56 in the Hemlock Loop. Online it says it is a 55 foot site, however, we barely got our 40 foot trailer in there. We have found that most sites info is typically off. Other than the info being incorrect, we liked our spot. It was fairly private, the campground was pretty quiet, very scenic. If you go in the fall, you can walk out on Willow Bay where there is typically water, so it is neat to see it when the water is really low.

The only thing we didn't like that other dogs run loose/ not hooked up and kept coming to our campsite making our dog bark
