Our entire venture at Willow Bay was very enjoyable. There were a few issues which I am glad you asked. There were entirely too many dogs allowed to rove through the camp sites with out leashes.

This is a great campground to just get away from it all. There is no cell service which is great to disconnect from everything. You can canoe, kayak and fish without leaving the campground. My only issues are the bathrooms need updated and people where playing music all night along and the campground host did nothing to stop them. We have stayed at willow bay before and at 10 : P.M. the campground host drove around and told everyone to shut off the music because it was quiet time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great experience. Only thing I’d change… put site 35 where it would logically make sense. Had to search for it.

Ive lost track of how many time weve stayed in a cabin, think we might be frequent flyers. The stays are always different in some way, always positive and leaving us looking forward to the next. My family and I are very thankful to have Willow Bay and all that it offers.

I had the best cabin, right by the creek. The scenery is breath taking. I loved walking through the park, which is large. The campground is sectioned off, so you in small groups, not one huge place. The not excellent part for me was the VERY firm mattress. I would suggest taking some padding to put on top of the mattress. I will next time, and we are going back. There was one electric out let in cabin, which was enough, but don't plan on using a lot of electric things at the same time.

Ive had many trips to Willow Bay and this one was disappointing. I arrived a few minutes prior to checkin at 2 PM and the person in the booth instructed me to just go setup because no one was there who could check me in. I went to my cabin and the door was locked, long story short I finally received my key at 6:45 PM. The rest of my 4 day stay was pretty much the same way, no one in the booth for ice or firewood.

Visit the site somewhat often to fish, boat and just relax. I always stay in a cabin, perfect medicine to stay dry, warm and get a great nights sleep. The bathrooms/showers are clean and have ample hot water. The staff are always very courteous and helpful if you need assistance in any way. I look forward to many more visits.

My daughter and I stayed in one of the small cabins at Willow Bay. We had a wonderful time, and every aspect of the campground was fantastic. Bathrooms were clean, boat ramp was perfect (even for kayaks!), other guests were pleasant, and camp was quiet after dark.I will say, that you should bring everything you need with you. The closest town is Bradford, which is a bit of a drive, and a pretty depressing city overall.
