What a beautiful park. Camp hosts were amazing and they had a church service on Sunday morning. That was wonderful. I wish every park had that because its very important when you are traveling. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely return again

It was our first RV camping experience, and we really couldn't have asked for a better spot to start.

Camping here in October is just perfect for fall. Jeff and Lisa were super helpful, as always. We had a great time!

Park attendants were pleasant, quiet for the most part. Probably need to regulate electric bikes at night due to high speed drivers. Also the washer at the last bathhouse appears to not be working correctly, extremely long wash cycles, and no hot water wash

Great hosts!! Great camp ground

The bathhouse in the tent camping area is in bad shape and needs work

We enjoyed the beautiful Dale Hollow Lake in north central TN. The facility was clean and we'll cared for. The campground is next to a nice marina, providing easy access to the whole lake.

Nice, quiet, and peaceful. Just what we needed.

The actual campsite #44 was good. We enjoyed the spot. The roadways around Obey River Campground are just to narrow to navigate well when towing a longer 5th wheel or bumper pull. Anything in tandom for that matter. I grew up near there and many years ago when campers where smaller it was fine. Not anymore as the campsites are cramped and when they are all occupied on some of the loops its just too congested to safely drive through. No one should ever have to ask another camper if they would mind moving their vehicle just so you can drive through. Further, you absolutely cannot park on grass which further limits campers. We had a guest stop by for about an hour but within 20 minutes the camp host was all over us for parking the left side of the vehicle in the grass. This was to allow for others to squeeze by on the narrow roads. The same hosts came down within very few minutes after we parked a vehicle in one of the small adjacent sites that was not occupied. We did this so we were not parked in the grass nor blocking the roadway. We were told that we couldnt park in another camp site even though it was unoccupied. In fact almost the entire loop with one other exception at the time was empty and unoccupied. I get the rules but the campground can no longer accommodate equipment and things people have today when camping. Even though I grew up in Pickett Co TN and utilized Dale Hollow at Obey River alot, I wont be using the campground again.

Really nice, clean campground, clean bath houses. Campground hosts were very nice and helpful. The campground does need signs throughout the campground directing you to the campsite numbers. It's very difficult to find your correct street/cul de sac to get to your sites, especially if you arrive after dark.

We camp at Obey River 2 to 3 times a year and always have a great time.

Campground facilities were nice. We did however have an issue accessing the campground dock when trying to drop off to get trailer. There was a large pontoon tied off to the front and one on the side. We went back out figuring they would be moving soon. Finally came back in and the pontoon that did have an occupant said his partner was getting the trailer. That person mentioned the pontoon tied across the front had been there for over half hour. The boat had TN tag so I can only assume the person was familiar with the rules but chose to inconsiderate. This was very inconvenient as my brother is handicapped so we had to wait for one of them to finally move. Disappointed in this episode but wont stop me from returning as I have for 48 years.

Was a great place will be visiting again. Only complaint was the bath houses, they need much updating. I liked the lot had plenty of room 2 tents and a truck. We brought our canoe but was just to much traffic in water for a canoe. Would highly recommend beautiful campground.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
