Lillydale Campground in Overton County is located 57 min northeast of Cookeville, TN with an elevation of 661 feet. There are a total of 113 campsites including 28 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to mid September. 84 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 28 and 92 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 81 sites have electric and water hookups. 2 sites have electric hookups. 12 sites have water hookups. Fees range from $18.00 to $50.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, wifi, playground, boat ramp, swimming, amphitheater, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

We have been visiting Lily Dale for the past six years and have always enjoyed our stays on the island. Although we were unable to visit last year, we recently returned and were disappointed to find that there were no functional wagon carts available to transport items to the island.One cart was in very poor conditionwhile it had wheels, it was falling apart and posed a safety hazard due to exposed wires. Unfortunately, several of our guests were injured while attempting to use it. The other cart was unusable, lacking wheels entirely and therefore not suitable for transporting gear.The only reason we rated our stay three stars this year is because we genuinely appreciate the tranquility of the island and received valuable assistance from volunteers with moving our tents and equipment.

Wonderful location, has everything you need. Hosts were nice, beach was immaculate. Water clear, cell reception great I have 0 complaints, will be back.

We absolutely love this camp ground and the camper hosts are the best. They go on their way to help you in anyway they can just cant say enough good things about them in the park is beautiful just an awesome place to go and sit back and know that you are definitely in Gods country, and that he is an absolutely amazing artist. We try to go to this park at least three times in a year and its a 6 Hour Dr. for us, but its completely worth!

This is the perfect campground for a week at the lake. Plenty of campsites to pick from and ample places to beach boats or park at dock area.

We were lucky enough to get a site right on the lake. The view was so beautiful and the sunsets were amazing.This was the lake my parents boated and skied on. What lovely memories. This is a campground I would love to visit again,

Lilydale is our absolute favorite place to go camping We love the "island" privacy. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the bathroom is always clean! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax for a few days.

We spent 1 full week at Lillydale Campground. We had a waterfront campsite so we could pull our boat right up to our campsite. Despite the afternoon thundershowers, we had an awesome week. Fishing was slow, as it is during hot weather, but the campground was very nice. One negative, this campground lacks a campstore and requires a 10 minute drive to a marina for food, supplies, and ice. I look forward to returning either during the spring or fall

Just a one night stay, but was very impressed how quiet and peaceful it was. I had space 69 which is right on the water. Easy back in access for a B class van. I would return (and rent site 69 again) if ever in the area again. It's kinda a long ride in but the benefits of not hearing and highways or traffic is worth it. I noticed other folks state that site 69 was difficult to access due to the two trees you have to go between. It appears they removed one of the trees so it's not an issue anymore.

The camp host are not friendly. They do not address concerns. However the camp volunteers were awesome. We had an issue with the 30 amp plug going out numerous times. We addressed it with the volunteers. They immediately brought us a 50 amp to 30 amp plug. With in n 3 hrs the corp maintenance guy was there to addressed the service issues and install a new 30 amp plug. Thank you to Mitsy and her husband. They were so nice. The camp host were not at all concerned about our issue. Also they only stroll through the camp ground around 10:am the volunteer make several passes through the campground. I am not impressed with the camp host. The volunteers were absolutely awesome!!!

Clean and well stocked bathrooms, free use of washer dryer, pleasant and helpful attendants. Everything you look for in a campground. Plus the sites are beautiful.

FANTASTIC PLACE! So quiet and the dark skies are beautiful! Heads up tho with the road in: lots of switchbacks and a bit narrow. Keeps it a secret place tho!

Very clean well-kept facility with paved roads. The main road into the facility is a bit challenging being so windy and narrow.Shower facilities are very clean. Noticed that water and electrical hook-ups have been replaced. Camp sites are a little close to each other and makes it feel crowded. There are no full hook up sites that we noticed.
