The campground itself was really clean and so were the bathrooms, surprisingly. Staff was not there upon entering at 2pm, but we did see one attendant the day we checked out. The lot we chose was right next to the restroom and it was super convenient.

Spots are tight. Dont recommend over 30 ft unless you know what spot you are going into.

Nice location. No service. Lots of trip hazards. Definitely needs to be closed off.

No problems at all. Facilities and fellow campers were great. But the campsites are a little closer than I anticipated.

Wonderful, clean site, and always nice to be at Pinecrest. However, the site next to me was loud and played loud thumping music the whole time except for overnight hours. I understand that families are there to have fun, but the super loud music should not be allowed, for the enjoyment of others who are seeking a relaxing campout.

We just visited in late September, later in the year than usual. We had beautiful weather and truly enjoyed our time. It is a wonderful family place. All rangers and resort employees were friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean, picnic areas were lovely and boat rental was great too. We have visited there many times over the last 45 years with our kids and now our grandkids. In years past people were allowed to have way too many tents and people in each campsite. I'm glad that is no longer allowed. It didn't feel overcrowded at all.

Too many day use people not following rules. More needs to be done to cater to the campers. All parking lots have been changed to day use and campers are forced to walk to an overflow lot that is too far away. Not good for the disabled. Loud music and chaos!

Pinecrest is always a wonderful place to visit. Staff were helpful, polite and available as needed. LOVED seeing the snack shop at the beach back in action, too!Only flagging off 1 star since the campground restrooms are in dire need of maintenance. Lights out, sinks malfunctioning, stalls in disrepair (or worse), etc.

Beautiful location! Recommended to us by friends, and it did not disappoint. Lots of trees for shade throughout the day, too. Well definitely be going back!

It is beautiful. Go to Serene Bean for wonderful coffee, lattes, etc. Christy makes homemade cookies and coffee cake that should be eaten. Hike around the lake is a must. D loop bathrooms need lights.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
