Absolutely beautiful campground! The lake and mountain views are awesome! Clean bathrooms. Friendly people.

This is a great waterfront site. The parking pad is flat and there are steps down to the fire pit/cooking grate and picnic table. The bathhouse is a short walk away and was clean and well-maintained. The mountain biking trails there are easy and fast. Never saw the camp host on site; I figured since the campground is about to close for the season, they must have headed to Florida!

Love Jack Rabbit. Tried the loop with site 90 for the first time. This loop is much quieter. I usually stay on loop with site 55. Bathrooms are always clean. Sites on the lake seem to all have trail access to the water. Mtn bike trails are great there. Def worth the trip!

Great campground and mountain biking / hiking trails. We have a great time every time here. However, the fact that hunting is allowed on these trails is crazy. This is a designated recreation area with large numbers of kids and families and knowing people are literally shooting in these woods is scary. Fortunately this isnt an everyday occurrence. If the forest service didnt allow hunting here this would be a five star spot.

Site 61 is not convenient for a solo camper. Tent pad is about 35 paces away from steps. Vehicle parking is away from steps. Good site otherwise. Shady.

Great weekend of camping.It would be nice if they fixed the dryer in the loop C men's bathroom. I've been camping at Jackrabbit for over 10 years and it has never worked.

Our first time camping in this location and we fell in love. We loved the proximity to the lake and the campsites didnt feel like they were on top of each other. Only downside was that there were only two bathrooms which could lead to a bit of a wait when it gets busy.

Great family campsite. Bathroom facilities well maintained. Rustic campsites are spacious with easy access to potable water. The lake and scenary are beautiful, and my two grandsons had a wonderful time.

I loved the time I spent there! It's not a crowded place, so you can really enjoy nature and the beautiful biodiversity of the area. The trails are beautiful and well kept. The campground was great and hot showers at the end of the day were a plus.

This is a beautiful campground! We stayed at site 77 and it was perfectly located close to the restrooms and close to the dumpsters (but still far away enough not to be too close). It is up on a little hill and away from the water which was nice when it rained. There is no electric and no water on this site but the water spout is close to the restrooms if you need to do dishes. We charged our phones in our car. The restrooms were always so clean! The shower was ok, but didnt get too hot and it turns off every couple minutes so you have to keep turning it on, but it was nice that there were private showers. There are amazing hiking trails and mountain bike trails at this park. The lake is beautiful and the campground hosts are so friendly! We cant wait to go back!

As our daughter was in site 46 and we were in site 45, there was quite a bit of distance between the two sites. In looking at the map when we chose these spots, we thought they would be closer together, but we had to walk up a bank to get to her site. This made it difficult considering we were cooking our meals together and we were the only ones with the cooking stove, but she had the majority of the food. Access to the lake was impossible with a pontoon from this site due to the fact that the lake was lower so we couldn't get our pontoon for fear of either getting stuck in the mud or pulling mud into the motor. The kids that were at various sites in the campground began to ride their bikes and scream around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning which made for sleeping in impossible. Some of the campers came over in front of our campsite to play some kind of golf because their campsite was too close to the water, which made it impossible for us to enjoy our view for listening to them critiquing their golf game. Other than that, it was our first visit to Jack Rabbit Campground but really thought it would be less busy due to the time we were there. The supervisor was extremely nice however when we asked if there were any other sites we could move to due to the distance apart from our daughter. Having the bath house close by was a great help, however, when the kids were riding their bikes they were not paying attention to people crossing the road and one just about hit me as I was trying to get across the road before he got too close.

The campsite was good and easy to be able to set up. Even though the lake was down a little bit, I still had a view of the water. The bathroom was clean but the only issue was the sink didnt work well and needs to be addressed. It was nice to relax and enjoy my weekend except for the screaming teenage girls staying at the campsites next to mine.

The campground was not crowded but it was also a very rainy week. Was looking forward to riding the trails, too wet

Campgrounds were well taken care of. The views over the lake were fantastic. It was a great experience for me and my boys on their first camping trip.

Jackrabbit campground is my favorite. Mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing are all here.

Third time bringing a group here. Always lovely, got two sites on the lake and one interior loop. Beautiful view and clean sites. Bathrooms could use a little TLC. Toilet flush valve came out of the toilet and only one sink faucet handle actually let water out. I was expecting to see some signs of Helen impacts, but didn't see any, which was unexpectedly pleasant!

Site 5 was raining acorns this time so I moved, otherwise the campground is wonderful, the other campers quiet and enjoying a well cared for environment. The swimming is fantastic, the bathhouses spotless too. Some cell service too. The staff cant change sites locally and the call center said they couldnt either which makes no sense since the rules say they can for a reason thats beyond anyones control. I hope thats fixed.

Host was very welcoming. Site 73 is tucked away in the trees which kept the tent nice and cool in the shade. Plenty of options to hang hammocks. We encountered some annoying noise pollution from the next loop over with someone running a pulsing generator, however I know that's just bad luck. Bathrooms are close (and were very clean) but didn't feel we had light pollution from them which was great. Enjoyed the hiking trails and kayaking on the lake. Overall, wonderful stay!

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
