It was a beautiful place. They have kept the place and area clean. Playground is nearby and kids enjoyed a lot.

Showers/bathrooms were full of bugs. Campsites need more full hookups, or at least water. Nice campground over all.

Sites are spacious and easy to get into. We picked a site this trip that was paved and shaded. We loved it! The bathrooms, however, need a bit of help. Water pressure in the showers is terrible and most of them have a single stream coming out of the shower head making difficult to rinse off.

The campsite was a bit difficult to maneuver and a bit sloped. However, it was a very spacious site. The bike trail was very nice for riding.

We stayed for only 1 night and upon arrival someones truck was parked in our campsite. So we had to wait for park rangers and people to sort that out. It was otherwise a nice campsite and campgrounds. Lots of party people on the weekend.

Our sites were wonderful. The personnel that checked us in and the camp host were very friendly. We loved the bike trail and the wildlife that we would see while riding on the trail. The Black Dog Store is a must see and the owners are very friendly. They did a great job at keeping the bathrooms/showers clean.
@CherylH2942173 · Camped on Jul 3, 2025 at Campsite #T2
Campsite clean, bathrooms clean, but other campers kept yelling and running around chasing raccoons until 2am. The raccoon problem is pretty bad.
@KimB3858433 · Camped on Jul 3, 2025 at Campsite #188
The spots seemed to be all on a hill. We really had to jack up the back end and put the front down very low in order for it to be level. There was very little ATT cell coverage. The location was nice. It was by the water and there was a small beached area for us to dock our boat.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
