Beautiful location but the use of generators by the RV campers was very annoying. We were next to an RV that ran their generator most of the day even and even through the evening to power their lights and AC. When asked to give a break, they said they only turn it off during quiet hours.

Great hikes around campground, nice walk to the beach. The sites are pretty close to each other, but this time it was great because the park was almost empty.

This is a bit more off the grid for folks...had a T-mobile/Att sig at 1 bar for a minute every hour?... BUT , Superb site and ... campground host on Orchid Loop, was a major highlight!, this is some of the best of Michigan! with Masters like buck, and beach access was a true major bonus!

It's a great spot... We love it. There was one downside. The camp host had an American flag displayed 7x24 and lit at night (correctly) but the reflected light flooded our site. There was also a loud transformer humming at times. Not very very enjoyable.

We just this camping here. We having been camping at this park every year for the last 3 or 4 years. The larger sites mean you arent right on top of everyone and the Host is very kind and helpful. Truly wonderful experience.

The individual campsites were generously spacious and far apart from one another. The trailhead from the campground to Lake Michigan was easy to find and straightforward. Using the trailhead, the walk to Lake Michigan was only about 10 minutes, but offered scenic viewing spots along the way.The campground, although fully booked, was incredibly quiet. The campers were kind and respectful and took care to avoid littering.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
