Campground staff were excellent! Pretty quiet during quiet hours. Only complaint would noise during the day from people with generators.

I camped for a couple of nights at the beginning of the week near the offseason (10/5-10/7), and loved it! The sites are well-spaced with plenty of tree coverage. I had a spot in the Orchid loop, near one of the restrooms. I was glad to see I mostly had the women's side to myself although the first day, there was a pretty heavy tick problem in the handicap stall, and the Covid cleaning sheet's last entry was late July. It was thankfully cooler temps, and with bug spray and sanitizer, I didn't have a problem. I guess my only suggestion is, late in the season someone should check the fire rings from people dumping sand into them. It took quite a lot of work to dig out about a foot from mine so I could actually make a fire to cook.
