Honestly one of our favorite campgrounds now! This siteis super close to the boat launch so easy water access, it is also right along the hiking path so there is a pretty good stream of people walking by that are hiking around the lake. If you like people watching like us and don't mind the occasional chat than it's not a bother. The camp host is amazing, the bathrooms were the cleanest we had all summer camping.

Really enjoyed staying at the yourt. Very clean, everything worked well. Comfy bed and couch. The public restrooms were clean. Definitely a repeat experience.

We love this site and this lake! Beautiful views, great lake access. Big site for tents and a nice long driveway if you have a trailer. If you are looking for secluded and noise-free, this isn't for you. It is a popular campground with lots of people enjoying the lake and resort. The lake loop path runs in front of the campsite between your space and the water, but there is plenty of room to be shared. Yes, you can hear the road noise from the Santiam pass, but it becomes white noise during the day and is barely noticeable at night. Nice firepit and the cove by the campground is the best part of the lake for fishing and lazy days in the kayak or SUP. I'd never say no to this site!

Love the distance between campsites, path around lake, and first come first serve options in campsites.

Great place to camp but the firewood is too expensive and you can't bring your own with you

Appreciate that only campers and not day users are in the park.

Camp ground was clean and relatively flat. The people that were staying there were all very welcoming and well mannered.

Its a beautiful Lake we have been visiting for decades. It is so hard to get a reservation that we were only able to stay from Sunday-Thursday. I dislike all the reservations only spaces and found that several were only 1 night or no one showed up at all. We never saw a camp host our entire stay. Campground was as expected, toilets were full and it was only July. We always enjoy camping here and will go back as often as possible.

Someone had taken my campsite because the campsite host had not put my reservation on the board posted at the campsite. Incredibly poor work on the part of the campground host which ruined my trip. I had to drive home.

Really enjoyed this site - wide space for two tents. Close to the bathroom but no smell

Always love to stay at Link Creek. Clean facilities, kind hosts, and a great vibe. This location has access to a semi private stretch of beach.

The camp host never showed up And did not update the reservation tag on our camp site. The camp host updated the camp tag for next day but not for us, it would have been good to have a confirmation for our reservation too.

Our name/dates was not posted at our campsite. The host had an off-duty sign up all 3 days we were there so it was not corrected. We did not see a camp official until the day we left.Nonetheless they were very friendly and otherwise our experience was excellent.

This yurt is next to camp host. She is a nice woman. Our problem was with the camper with the bump out next to yurt (part of camp host property) There was an elderly woman who sat inside and chain smoked nonstop with the window open. When we arrived yurt windows were open and it reeked like cigarette smoke. Couldnt sit at picnic table or around fire pit because that was less than 10 feet from the smoker-camper. It stunk inside, outside, and even after she went to bed you could smell the camper like an ashtray. This needs to be addressed because it will continue to happen to renter after renter of yurt 32. We finally abandoned yurt at 4am and forfeited 3 nights of camping.

Loved our spot near the lake. Lack of internet was a bit of an issue though because we have a business. Bring satellite internet if you stay here and also insect repellent. Not bad but a few mosquitos in the evening. We loved the lake access and beautiful views!

Our stay was pleasant.PROS: The yurts now include power, there is an overhead light, an electric wall heater, and 2 outlets to plug into for power - which is nice, previously these were rustic. We recommend the 4 mile hike that goes around the lake. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.CONS: This yurt is right next to the Camp Host site, so it had significantly less room outside than the other two yurts due to the close proximity of the neighboring site/RVs, which were right next to our fire pit and picnic table. There was constant cigarette smoke wafting over from the RV while we were there. The other two yurts had a much larger area to hang out in. TONS of mosquitoes at the end of May in the early AM and evenings.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
