me and my family stayed in A20 and I have stated at a couple of other sites at heber but thus one was just over run with flies and honestly it looked like they was crawling all over the ground around the septic. im not sure if you guys got a leak but we was just over run and really was a horrible experience.

This was our first stay at this camp area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Camp areas were nice, but bathhouse could have been cleaner. There is a grocery store close if you need anything which was nice.

Nice campsites

The campground was great, the people working were not very helpful.

The camp ground was great. Unfortunately we had several days of heavy rainy weather. There was a lot of water flowing through our campsite and all the other campsites around us.

This is, to me, the best spot in the A loop. It overlooks the lake, is nice and shady and level. The terrain behind it is steep but manageable and you can walk to the lake and bathrooms. This site books up fast for a reason!

the campsite we were in is very close to the one beside it....like within 10 feet or so...no a lot of privacy....other than that it is good...not very level either...but very shady and decently quiet

Heavily wooded campground. Very little light. It poured and poured rain. The water was very high in the lake and flooded campsites. The beach was completely flooded. NO SEWER HOOKUP EXCEPT A SMALL NUMBER OF SITES IN A-GROUP. Only one dumpstation in the whole complex. Water pours down from higher elevations across campsites as it flows toward the lake. Only two bathhouses for entire complex. Lost power for about two hours unexpectedly. Because it is a state campground, when things happen like this, we were not sure who is responsible to take care of emergencies like this.

So peaceful, we loved it!

The camp ground was very unkept, sites were not mowed, leaves and debris were all over the parking spot. So much so that it was hard for us to see the site numbers that were painted on the asphalt. The people that worked in maintenance were fantastic and responsive when they had to replace the breaker and electrical outlet in the box. Beautiful park, just unkept, not what I was used to at COE parks. Needs more hosts, not employees just host to mow and clean up the place. Free spot in exchange for work.

Beautiful area. The down side trees in the camp spot make it difficult to navigate your camper. Vault toilet needed attention.

No one ever mentioned to us nor did we ever get any kind of notification that Arkansas had a burn ban. Not even when we checked in. The only way we found out was that my husband just happened to notice the very unnoticeable sign as we came back from running an errand the night we got there. It was very cold that weekend and we use a smaller camper and rely on fires in the cold. We would have made different decisions had we known this or it just would have been nice to know or told upon arrival. Very disappointed in that lack of communication.

A little tricky parking our rig and no cell service. But a beautiful spot and we did enjoy our brief stay.

Nice, clean, well maintained. Easy to get to. The spot I was in had a bad slant to it, about 13" in 14'. I had to back way into the spot for my 25' water hose to reach.

Our time at Heber Springs Park was overall wonderful. The location of the park is convenient to many activities in the Heber Springs area.

We love Heber Springs Park. The cor of engineers have did a lot of updating to the Park in area A with water and electricity now. and its really nice! We stayed in site D59 and it has electricity and a spectacular view and plenty of Parking. Plus lady at attendant both is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again in the spring. Bath houses kept clean and toilet paper stocked!! Sincerely Michelle

Loved this secluded camp spot. Very quiet. Its right on the end of the campground and has a private beach that is great for swimming and walking along the shore. We had a tent, so the only problem was the ground is gravel which isnt the most ideal to sleep on. But other than that, we loved our weekend getaway!

The first few days were great. Gate person very nice and friendly Friday noisy crew came in and 3 am were blasting music. All the rest of the weekend same thing. Talked to gate person and she said couldnt help as they had no Rangers. Just call the sheriff I was told. Maybe next will be better.

Great location. Town nearby with great coffee and bakery shop. All the amenities. Cell signal good for t-mobile and at&t.

We have stayed in several spots in the campground because our boat is in the marina there. They could improve by cutting the grass around the spots. Bathhouse is always decent.

The "Basic/Non-Electric" tent & RV camping areas are well kept and nicely equipped with a fire pit and picnic table. The three nights I stayed were pleasantly (almost!) mosquito-free. The restrooms and showers are clean and well designed for privacy. I plan on returning to explore the trails sometime soon. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend! God Bless :)

Great site on the water. Mid day is a little sunny, but beautiful spot.

This was a excellent campsite and was shaded all day long. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the bathrooms. Shower houses are HOT and almost like a sauna in the evening. There needs to be a fan to circulate the air. We will be coming back soon.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
