Place was infested with german roaches. We got there after sundown but once we realized they were crawling around everywhere we packed up and left. It'd been raining quite a bit when we visited so i'm sure the weather conditions were ideal for the little critters. Bathrooms are well kept.

The campsites had not been cleaned and ready for the holiday weekend. Lots of dirt piled under the picnic tables. The bath houses are getting worse each year. They are in dire need of upgrades.

Site was beautiful and quiet. The camp host, John, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very quiet and secluded camp ground with adequate facilities and very affordable.I would recommend bringing some ant killer to sprinkle around your camper and table (if you plan to eat outside). We will definitely be back.

Loved being off the grid. Some of the sites appeared to be unlevel but our pull through site was fine. The view of the lake is so nice. While the road in was narrow and curvy, it was so worth the trip there.

We had a great time. Great location. The Camp Host was excellent. The bathrooms were clean. The showers were hot. The trails are close by and easily accessible.

There was a beautiful view. Fellow campers like country music and I do not at all, so I did not enjoy that. I wanted to relax around the campfire, not listen to yucky music. I wish I could have moved campsites when I got there to be closer to where my parents were camping, but that didn't happen. I wish the camp host could have assisted me with moving because the website said nothing was available and not all the campsites were used. Otherwise, it was a nice camping trip.

The pavement is in pathic condition. The showers are not set up for handicap use. The site pads are not level and broken up.

Bathrooms and site were very clean

Loved this campground. The only thing that was a little irritating was we stayed right across from the bathroom, which was great, but the light was very bright into our tent. We only stayed one night other than that it was a great spot.

The campground host was great. The campground is about 100 feet above the lake with lots of tall trees. There were a lot of folks with mountain bikes. The quiet hours were respected. It was nice to have a hot shower in the morning. It was a very nice experience overall.

i hate to have to give this a low rating, but its deserved. this park has an absolutely MASSIVE ant problem. both rvs here were absolutely infested with them. i was staying on the right hand loop. tight roads, unlevel spaces. the camp host was really great, and very friendly. there is only one small sign regarding ants at the office. those in charge have apparently been notified multiple times, yet do nothing about the ants.

Park almost empty on a weekday in late October. Hiking and biking was fun . Will return and stay longer than one night (was on long trip)

Nice view. Other than that, I had a horrible time. The tent pad was so hard I couldnt get the spikes in. Despite spraying ant killer all around, I woke up covered in ants. Never happened to me before at any other campsite. The bathrooms and showers were use in case of emergency only. Will not go back.

We didn't have any food or drinks out and we were infested with ants every where in our tents and in our vehicles. We had to go get ant spray in order to keep them out of our tent and off of us at night. Everyone around us had the same issue. I would not recommend this camp site to any one.

What a wonderful campground. Spacious e sites . The only draw back was we were heading west and on I-40 and followed directions on Google maps. The campground was at least 20 miles from interstate. We had to cross a very narrow bridge with our small cargo trailer. The cars at the end of bridge waited so we could cross safely.Large RVs I dont think could have maneuvered the bridge or the extremely narrow curvy roads . Leaving the park it was much easier and shorter route to get back to interstate. No WI-FI

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
