This is a great campground that has soaring pine trees and nice campsites. Ive stayed at #1 all 3 times Ive visited, and it has a nice tent pad. The bathrooms are well-taken care of, and the campground is very clean and quiet.

The park that COE forgot.. Awesome location but rough around the edges and the bathrooms were worn out. Hard to find a level site but worth the effort!

Camp host called to check in during thunderstorms, well maintained and beautiful

The sites were a little uneven and could use a little work, but overall not a bad location. The showers were ok, but because it was late in the year they were a bit neglected. John the camp host was pleasant and helpful. Not many campers in the area so it was quiet and peaceful. Overall I would camp here again.

Our site was very uneven and we had to back in late, after dark. It was very difficult and we needed to leave the truck and trailer together overnight. There was not even enough room on our site to park the truck attached.

This was an unexpected great experience! The park was quiet, cared for and the volunteer, John could not have been nicer.

Beautiful park and very nice volunteer. John checked us in and made sure our 35 ft. fifth wheel would fit our site. Site was not level from front to back, but it worked.

We camp every November at iron mountain for 30 days. John is an amazing park host and an asset. Everything was blown off the pad and picked up beautifully. All we had to do is back in and set up. Best its ever been there.

Glad to have found it! Showers clean and plentiful hot water: yay! Great mountain bike trails in very good condition (we hiked them) and nobody on them: go! There is absolutely no cell coverage, and starlink was obstructed by trees, but if you are into the remote experience, just off the main routes, this place is for you. An unusual spot, but Thank you Corps of Engineers!

Only stayed overnight in route from Dallas to west Tennessee. sites were clean and easy to back into. Bathrooms could have been cleaner - lots of insects alive and dead. Host was friendly. The camp is high over a nice lake. There are other campgrounds much nearer to the water's edge. Far enough away it was pretty quiet and one of the few ACOEs where we didn't hear a train :) . Good for overnight but I'd look elsewhere if I want to do water activities.

We only stayed one night because of the ant's. I have been coming to Iron Mountain since the 80's and had always been my favorite camping place in Arkansas. It is such a waste of such a beautiful place in our beautiful State. I will miss it, as my grown children grew up there having the time of there life.

Stayed in site 40 for 1 night we were there about 14 hours. The ANTS WERE AWFUL Our trailer was covered inside and outside. We had them in our bed! Our furniture was covered when we got up about 6am. We didn't cook or eat there! The site had amazing views, no water hookups. Bathrooms were not very clean. Will not return due to the ants!!!

Place was infested with german roaches. We got there after sundown but once we realized they were crawling around everywhere we packed up and left. It'd been raining quite a bit when we visited so i'm sure the weather conditions were ideal for the little critters. Bathrooms are well kept.

It's okay for a COE campground. Sites and roads are tight, narrow, and uneven. I wouldn't take my fifth wheel there. Host is cool and always available. Restrooms are typical for COE camping. Always check for bugs before using. Parking is very limited for a second truck with a boat.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
