Nice clean campground. Sites are a bit close together and its a little far from main park attractions. Overall a good option.

Site #46 may have been one of the worst sites we've ever had. The majority of the campground is overcrowded and seem to only have a small tree or bush seperating sites, however site 46 and 20 are quite literally one site in which they have placed a few small logs on the ground to act like a separation or boundary. Had I known, I would've reserved both sites.

The USNPS crew was helpful and visible at each step of our experience. Supported our decision to relocate Shoshone Lake campsites based on weather. At the Lewis lake camp it was clean and quiet. Thanks for a safe and pleasant experience.

Walk in site 8 has a very steep path, be aware. But over all it was a quiet area with great hosts!

First- It rained while we were out exploring Yellowstone and our camp host put our things wed left on the table in the bear bin. He went above and beyond looking out for us- what a kind man! The site was clean and quiet. The lake was still and beautiful. Be prepared for the mosquitos!

Quiet little spot nestled next to the lake. We had a bathroom and potable water source a few feet away.

Short walk to the tent site. A couple other sights nearby. Has some shade, lots of mosquitoes when I went. Pit toilet a short walk away and clean. Easy access to Lewis Lake. The Tetons are about a hour drive south from here.

Its ok campground for one night before going Yellowstone or after, but its not much to do there if you dont have a kayak or hiking. Its very hot there also.

This is a nice, quiet campground that is far from the hustle and bustle of Yellowstone. The bathrooms were latrines with no sink.

Great camp ground, excellent staff, very clean and located close to activities in the park.

We loved our stay at this quiet campground by the beautiful Lewis Lake. Calm waters in the morning and refreshing in the afternoon. Rangers were friendly and helpful; we were a little challenged to 'level' out our trailer so suggesting researching your site as needed. Reminder to store all of your camping items in the Bear Box or your car!

We loved Lewis Lake Campground!! Our site was set back in the woods so it was super private. The water spicket and bathrooms were a short walk but it was worth it for the peace and quiet! We were glad we had our canopy tent woth bug netting for making and eating our meals because of noseeums trying to get in our food. Lewis Lake was warm enough for my son to swim in and my husband was able to fly fish. Bring water shoes for the rocks! The camp hosts were a really sweet couple who answered all of our questions and knew a lot about the wildlife in the area. We felt very welcome.

I had never stayed here before. We enjoyed how quiet it was and sort of off the most traveled areas of Yellowstone. I've done a fair amount of camping but this was probably the most without amenities other than when I was backpacking. Yes there were vault toilets but only two and at opposite ends of the campground. The was often a line. The second issue was there where only two places to get potable water and again at opposite ends of the campground. Fortunately it was within a 15 minute drive from a general store and visitor center plus other supplies like gas. So if you like to rough it a little more, and avoid the crowds or have a smaller RV it is a great spot. My family loved the quiet.

A lot of mosquitoes. Campsite was fairly clean. Someone next to us was having loud night activity after quiet hours and it didnt seem like the host came to stop or warn them, which was unfortunate.

Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I was early and was allowed to occupy site. The site had plenty of room and allowed for privacy. Stayed 2 nights while supporting a hiker on the CDT. Carry your bear spray.

Wasnt aware how tiny it was and the parking spot barely fit a minivan. We had anxiety that people were going to crash into our car all night

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
