Beautiful campsite and friendly staff. However, the W loop needs improvement since it only has one single restroom stall for 17 camp sites and has no water spigot in the loop itself.

It was a great place for rest, and move around the park and its close to visit gran Teton and Jackson

Just be aware this site is mostly a slope. The tent pad is just about level as the picnic table but the rest is a slope towards the road. A little too close to the neighboring site.This campground only has pit toilets and water pumps so plan accordingly. Bring spare toilet paper.Campground quiets down at around 9:30 which was great. No generators! A definite plus.

Site was great. Very private and we couldn't see or readily hear any of our neighbors. The tent pad was not large but it was flat. Toilets were not good, and it is far away from a water spigot. You can park just below the campsite, and the walk up the hill was not bad. I'd say it is roughly equivalent to 1-1.5 flights of stairs in terms of difficulty.

The campground was quiet and our tent site was back off the road which made it even better. The site had 2 places to set up tents and offered some coverage between sites from neighbors. Great location to access Old Faithful area and Hayden Valley without too much driving. And it also was close to Grand Teton. Only negative is the outhouses. Wish the park would add plumbed restrooms to the area. Overall, great campground

Campsites very close together. Nearby river or stream sounds wonderful. Our camp chair was taken by nearby campers and had to be retrieved! A vault toilet.

We had a beautiful day in Yellowstone until we arrived in Lewis Lake. The gnats were outrageous, but was far worse was the complete disrespect of both the vehicle and person limits. A tailgate party arrived and the cars just kept piling in, late until the night, far past the "strict" quiet hours. With the screaming, slamming doors, and generators only increasing in multitude by the minute, we ended up having to throw our tent full of sleeping bags into the car and drive and drive, exhausted, into the night until we reached Dubois, the only place with a reasonably priced motel. Indian Creek Campground was fabulous the night before, I would absolutely recommended there, but not Lewis Lake. Extremely disappointing. Also scary...

Site 76 tucked in close to the forest. Everything worked out great and had a good time. The camp host office was very informative and helpful.

Our campsite was not as level as advertised- but close to the water and the outhouse. The outhouse door lock was broken and a sign said please knock before entering. I do now know how often they empty them- but it seemed okay for as full as the campground was. However, the inside was had feces wiped on them. Not a great experience for myself or the kids needing a restroom.

Excellent rangers checking me in, quiet and comfy. Loved being right on the lake!

Campsite was right between toilets, so quite a distance. Nice to have a bear box in each campsite! Nice space and privacy.

We stayed in site #81, while on our 2 week roadtrip this is the only organized campground we stayed in. It was very convenient to be able to watch the sunset and know we had a site waiting and to avoid the line in the morning. I got this site when they were released 2 weeks in advance.

Belle endroit pour faire du camping nature.

Camp sites are pretty close together. Vault toilet was not very clean compared to other NPs weve visited recently.
@SeanR7486942 · Camped on Aug 3, 2025 at Campsite #26
Site was nice, lots of trees and privacy. Everyone was respectful of quite time, park ranger at check in were very knowledgeable and courteous. Pit toilet was pretty clean, they did run out of TP once. The tent pad was on the small side for a large family tent but we made it work.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
