Host was gracious. Firewood available was nice. Site 7. If rain is forecasted know it will be a mess. The little gravels at the site become very soft and this site holds water. Our rug was floating. I also noticed site 8 had the same problem. I have stayed at this park 3 times and the grass is always very tall. Bathhouse near this site is a little outdated but the other one is very nice. Nice park just look at sites before going.

Host was very sweet. They had firewood at the bath house if needed. If looking at site 6, know that there is no shade.

I was in site 36 and it had shade and was a large level site. The bathhouse was clean and had hot water . Swimming area could use some work at waters edge.

Teresa at the front gate was awesome as was the rest of the staff we encountered. Plenty of shade when needed. It did rain, there were no issues on our site with water pooling.

our go to campground. Always have a good experience. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate this visit but overall good times with family. Very friendly campground host this year.

Great place to camp.

The site was in really bad shape. Due to so much wood scrap on the shore you couldnt get to the water. Bathrooms were not very clean. This campground needs a lot of work to get it back up to shape.

Beautiful park. Super friendly hosts. Golf course grass and big shade trees. Spacious spots with fire ring, picnic table and a little custom grill table. Beach very close and some spots are lake front.

The shower House was always out of toilet paper by the front check-in station every night & the shower curtains were barely hanging on hooks. The edge of the water is covered with big logs!! I think they need a big clean up crew. Other than that, we love staying here!!!!!

This is a restful, relaxing campground on the shores of Old Hickory Lake in Mount Juliet, TN. It is close and convenient to all the fun sights, activities and restaurants in Nashville. Level, shaded campsites with water and electricity. Dump station and shower houses. Lots of wildlife especially deer. Nice swimming beach, playground and volleyball court. Highly recommended!!!

We love the two campground hosts, Teresa and Gene. They were the best!Site 33 and 34 could use a little more gravel. We had some rain and it was a big puddle otherwise great place to camp

I really liked the campground. Both camp host was great and friendly. The campground was clean. Unfortunately the was a big rain storm on Tuesday and our campsite #8 was flooded. The water was trapped due to the site level was below the surrounding ground and grass. The water recessed the next morning thru the gravel but left an muddy mess when you walked on it . Then it had another down pour Wednesday night. We were flooded again and chose to leave Thursday morning. The weather can't be controlled. but the site needs to have more gravel raising it about the surrounding ground for drainage. I highly recommend this campground. It was very nice. The host found out we left due to the mud and we were reimbursed for the day. I was impressed. Thanks

We stayed 2 nights and would come back any time. The sites were spacious with some right on the water. Ours had a beautiful view of the lake from across the street. Deer, squirrels, and fireflies were the animal kingdom highlights. Will bring our kayaks next time. Facilities were clean with good water pressure. Not too far from Nashville, but far enough to be out of the city.

We stayed at site 11, which is probably the smallest site at the campground. We had a 25' camper. There was basically no room for a tent or 2nd vehicle. Campsites in the loops are pretty close together. However, there is a good amount of open area pretty close to every site. Site 11 is equidistant (and a fair hike) to any of the bathhouses. Except for that, I have no complaints. Family enjoyed the clean and private bath/toilet facilities. The beach and playground was plenty adequate for my grandkids. Lots of area to run and play. We had no interaction with the staff or hosts; that lets you know we had no problems. Everybody wants to return to this facility in the future, and with some planning, maybe get a better campsite.

Beautiful campground surrounded by the river and loaded with huge shade trees. Many of the campsites around me had good shade. Playground and beach nearby.

The campground hosts were very friendly and regularly cruised through the campground to promote good camper behavior. Thank you.

The campground is beautiful and we always have a wonderful time when we go. There was construction at the lake right behind our campsite that was a bit noisy some mornings. Hopefully it will be wrapped up soon.

Place is excellent. Second time we have stayed there. Always well kept. Beautiful scenery by the lake. People are always very friendly and helpful

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
