My son was moving to Mt Juliet, and it looked like the perfect place to camp while I was helping him move. It is only 2.7 miles from his house. It is a beautiful campground with nice large sites, many in full shade. The campground is very well maintained and the bath house was really clean. I wish I had been able to use the beach or the lake access, which looked wonderfully inviting. The campground hosts were really helpful when I had to spend an extra night due to a trailer hitch malfunction. I will be back and next time I'll be able to really enjoy the campground.

We absolutely love this campground. It is close to the lake with a beach area, playground, volleyball court and the marina. However, the platform we had on our site (#20) was gravel. When the rain came thru it was no longer gravel but a thick mud pit, very disappointing. I am sure additional gravel or better drainage would help this situation when it rains.

This is not a campground, it’s a parking lot.

We really enjoyed our week at Cedar Creek. Park was very clean and quiet. Location is great for visiting Nashville. We will come back next summer with our grandchildren to swim. Nice looking shaded playground too. Lots of shade.

Very busy place due to the park and boat ramp. Hosts are great, no WIFI most campers are courteous. The worst part was the dump station where the water hose leaked excessively, making it a very un-pleasant experience. Water, water everywhere. Also, the grounds were not mowed. We will book them again next year for a long weekend, but hope the maintenance is up to par.
