The camping at this park was wonderful. The cleanest bath houses with individual rooms. The gate house people were all so nice. Was my second trip there and the wife and I look forward to many more camping trips there.

A nice, well-kept campgrounds with RV hookups. The shower rooms are clean, large, private with a locking exterior door, and well kept. I felt safe walking around the park. I reserved a spot almost a week in advance. When I arrived, the park was full so you need to make a reservation early and enjoy a peaceful stay.

Teresa at the front gate was awesome as was the rest of the staff we encountered. Plenty of shade when needed. It did rain, there were no issues on our site with water pooling.

We stayed at site #47 this time..when we arrived, the grass was quite grown up into weeds in some places. It got mowed a couple of days later, after complaints from our friends. The bathhouses were pretty clean. There needs to be a bit of maintenance done to them (ie: painting of floors, walls, and putting new deadbolts on to replace broken ones.)

Love that it is right on the water! It has a beautiful canopy of mature trees that keep everything shady and cooler. The Hosts are amazing and easy to work with!

Beautiful campsite with enough space to have privacy from other campsites. Kids loved swimming on the warm water, digging in the sand and exploring the rest of the shoreline . We saw turtles, fish, class, many birds and plenty of lightning bugs. Restrooms and showers were clean and well set up. All in all one of our best campgrounds ever!

the park's campsites must have been layed out by a fellow camper! sites were easy to back into, spaced well apart from others, bathroom/shower house was kept clean.

I'm not complaining, as I love Corps of Engineer campgrounds, but this one just didn't seem as nice as some, especially one other in our area. It was busy, but not uncomfortably so. The bath houses were well used! The lake is nice but, the shoreline is not. For the price, of course, it's great. But, compared to other COE campgrounds, it's just okay for me.

This place really is so nice!!! Other than no sewer hook up, this place offered gorgeous views, clean sites, great beach and hot showers!!! Will return for sure!!!!

loved it will be back nice lake good fishing and boating resturants are close by camping and lake are close to each other very clean camp ground new bath house also clean
