Fall Lake Campground is located in the Kawishiwi Ranger District, Superior National Forest (2 hrs 8 min north of Duluth, MN) with an elevation of 1,342 feet. There are a total of 62 campsites including 10 tent-only sites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of May to the end of September. 52 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 17 and 52 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 53 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $28.00 to $120.00. Some amenities include shower, playground, boat ramp, swimming, flush toilets. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

Amazing group site. Had nice male, female, family showers and restrooms. Had water near the pavillion. Had lots of picnic tables and nice fire pit. Nice path down to the lake.

As always, a wonderful experience. Campground managers and hosts are always friendly and helpful. Sites are well maintained and bathroom/ shower houses are always clean .

Had to reserve two nights, but due to schedule changes could not make it until the second day. The staff at Fall Lake Campground were accommodating and made our arrival and stay seamless. Upon arrival the site was clean, accommodated our three tents and we got a good nights rest before our journey into the BWCA the next day. Restrooms were clean, shower was great, and the facility felt safe and well maintained. Parking was great - we were gone four days, no issues. The campsites were very shaded, the boat ramp was wide, access was perfect. Good job!!!!!

Amazing place, great sites, at the edge of the BWCA and a few minutes from Ely! It's great. I love that some sites have electricity too!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay amongst the trees. The showers were good. Water was available at the office, and the dump station in Ely was fine. The park was very quiet, and phone and internet were just a short trip into town at the library.

Beautiful area if you like the outdoors. We have been there 4 different times. The Ely area is a very nice area to visit.

The site was great, lots of trees around us and fairly private. The campground rents canoes for exploring the lake. All very convenient. The staff provided great recommendations.

We loved camping at this quiet, clean campground. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well cared for. Campsites were large and well-spaced. The lake is beautiful, and an easy entrance into the BWCA. We will be coming back in the future!

Rented a canoe from the campground and took a little trip into the boundary waters. Beautiful! The Camp hosts were friendly and very helpful.

This is the best campground in the Ely area. Perfectly situated just outside the BWCA, Fall Lake offers a great lake to paddle around. Canoe or kayak across the lake to Mile Long Island, which has great little spots to picnic. The hosts are professional and friendly. Stop by the camp office/store for treats or fun activities for the kids. The restrooms are clean and showers warm. The campsites are level and well-situated for tents or trailers. This is somewhere we camp every year.

Workers and hosts were great. Our camp site was not so great because it was tiny compared to most sites, although we made it work. Make sure you have the dimentions of your campsite or you may be stuck with an area that isn't large enough for your tent or camper.

This park is absolutely beautiful!! The camp sites are very woodsy, big and secluded. The fact that they have a bath/shower house that is soo nice was a major plus!! We will definitely be back!
