The campgrounds were very well-maintained, including the bathrooms, which were cleaned daily. The onsite potable water and flushing toilets makes this campsite ideal for those new to camping, especially little ones.There is tons of great access to hiking trails into the hills, up the cape, or along the beach. We were there Memorial Day weekend, and the wildflower blooms were beautiful.

Great views, trails nearby, clean bathrooms, camphost was friendly and very helpful! Overall great camping trip.Site 16 is on a slight angle, the tent pad is on the smaller side and we're very close to our neighbor 17, but otherwise it was fine.

Lovely campground centrally located for exploring the coast! Be aware that some of the sites are not very level. My original site had a steep drop so I had to change due to my vans clearance. Camp Host was great and helped me out!

We had an incredible time camping at Perpetua. We spent our days hiking up to the summit and down to Thor's Well. The trails are all perfectly maintained and it was a blast exploring. I really appreciated how each campsite had running water easily accessible and there were multiple bathroom options. Would definitely stay again and would recommend others stay here as well.

The camp host was super friendly and welcoming! We had an amazing time. Just a short walk to all the attractions. The sunset was one of the most beautiful and we were the only ones on the beach. Our only regret is that we couldnt stay longer.

Beautiful location. Clean park and bathrooms.

The campground is nice; clean restrooms; close to a hikes to Cape Perpetua, Spouting Horn, Thor's Well and Big Spruce. However, #16 is small. Since, I have a big tent (10x10), it was a squeeze. The tent was right against the picnic table. A small tent would be fine. Also, site is not close to parking to there's a bit of a walk to unload and load camping items. I would return to this campground but would choose a different site with more room.

Sweet, quaint, and amazing hiking with a small creek running through. Also no cell service for Verizon, so you truly get to unplug.

Site 14 was a beautiful, but small campsite along the creek. We had a wonderful first day, but unfortunately the afternoon of day two we had a really loud group that came in to Site 13 (sites are very close together and lack privacy). They kept us up until 4am talking loudly and getting drunk. There was no enforcement of quiet time hours. They also had visitors, so there were cars coming and going all evening. We ended up leaving a day early so we could come home and get some sleep, as the same people were occupying the site again that night. We never saw a ranger come thru during our stay. We could also hear cars all thru the night driving thru campground, and day use road above campground.

Beautiful setting. Sites and are small and very close together, which minimal to no privacy. We booked site 26 for our 29' motorhome, but couldn't use it because of the steep angle of the pad toward the creek. I feel like we weren't given the information we needed to be prepared to stay there. Disappointing.

Camp host was super friendly and helpful. As were other staff. I really appreciate him making sure cars roll slowly through the grounds as theres a lot of kids and animals and no need to speed. Also a beautiful site.

Quiet camp, lovely creek right behind our site that kept the kids busy all day long. We will be back to use the ideal looking group site for sure!

It's a very nice camp. the sites are generous and well-kept. It is also very close to the town on Yachats OR for supplies etc. Over all a very nice place.

Great campground. Sound of the creek gurgling by the campsites is wonderful. Only complaint is that the firerings are too deep and you can't sit in a camp chair and see your campfire. I had to sit on the picnic table to see the fire.

Cape Perpetual campground is vey nice, the restrooms we're very clean.Water spigots and sink water disposal were convenient.The campground host kept the place tidy and made sure the place was in good order.Site #16 is SMALL but the tent pad tucks in between bushes and you will hear the little creek.I will stay again if I am in the area. Site #16 - SMALL Tent Only NO Cell Phone Reception for Verizon.I had reception when I went to the Cape Perpetua Lookout

@AnkeB7074242A6 · Camped on Jul 3, 2024 at Campsite #4
the campground has a lot of mosquitos, no showers and the spaces are all alongside the road. There were cars/trucks driving all night on the campground and shone their lights into the tents. Luckily we only stayed one night. The lookout point and the coast however are gorgeous- but find another place for overnight.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
