Spot 146- pretty secluded. Not really a view of the ocean. Short path to walk to see the ocean and no access to it. Really windy out there.

Host kept bathrooms spotless! Our campsite was a gem, couldn't believe how lucky we were to have that spot! Favorite camp spot on the Oregon coast so far!

The camp host was SO helpful and friendly and pointed out to us site 34 which is THE BEST view in the whole campground.

Site 57 worked for me, tent and screen room, beach is great, long, dog friendly. Easy access to sights and hiking near Cape Perpetua, plus near to Yachats and dynamic (!) Waldport.

Any closer to the beach and you'd need a boat. Excellent small campground with a mix of tent and RV sites with electric and water. Odd parallel parking sites along the beach side. Had lucky great weather, visit in mid-May.

Excellent area to visit with lots of activities from Ya hats to Lincoln city. Host Yumi was great!

This is a lovely campground. A few things to be aware of: 1. Views from various campsites are limited by big RVs occupying the ocean side of the campground. 2. Getting onto the beach can be challenging due to needing to negotiate several large boulders at the base of the stairs. Not an issue for the young and flexible, but a concern for seniors.3. Cell phone coverage is weak or sometimes non-existent. Best communication is via text. Apps that have images are problematic. A positive is that the campground staff is very efficient in maintaining restrooms and cleaning up sites between occupants.

Camp host was outstanding and extremely helpful. We were very lucky to get an electric First Come site which greatly enhanced our experience. This is a beautiful park with wonderful ocean views.

Loved the location of this campground and for being near the beach the sites have a good amount of space between. However, happened to be camping downwind of a large RV that ran its generator for a couple hours each morning & night. Noisy and the fumes tended to settle at my site.

Beach access is not suitable for elderly or parents with small children. Lots of dead standing trees and blackberry vines, which can pose a hazard.Some of the fire pits had not been cleaned out in a long time.Bathrooms were clean.

We LOVED this campground! The spots were so pretty and private, and the view was spectacular! The camp hosts were also friendly and helpful. Bathroom was super clean. One of my favorite campsites of all time!

Camp site is set up backwards for most typical RVs so we had to walk around the camper to use to picnic/fire area
@KarenB2737002 · Camped on Apr 25, 2025 at Campsite #53
Site 53 had space enough for a 4P and a 2P tent and felt decently private. We could hear cars on the 101 but it wasn't intolerable. Facilities were clean and camp hosts were very helpful. Lots of opportunity for bird watching on the beach.

We stayed for two nights in mid-April, and had a great time! It was moderately windy when we set up the tent, which made for a challenge - but with a bit of rope helped to shore the tent up in the face of the wind. We loved the beach, and the accessibility to many beautiful spots a short ways up or down the coast from this spot. Highly recommended!

Our site was clean and. my gosh you can't beat the location. What an amazing place. We will totally be back. The host was a very nice guy. The beach here is gorgeous and almost empty. Friendly. campers and their dogs enjoyed chance encounters as they sipped their morning coffee. The campground is on the ocean. Just a small staircase down to the sand. Amazing. Nearby Yachats is a joy to explore. The market there is really well stocked and the mercantile is packed to the gills for anything else you might need. The Cape Perpetua area is a great place for hikes and views. We will definitely be back!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
