We stayed for two nights in mid-April, and had a great time! It was moderately windy when we set up the tent, which made for a challenge - but with a bit of rope helped to shore the tent up in the face of the wind. We loved the beach, and the accessibility to many beautiful spots a short ways up or down the coast from this spot. Highly recommended!

Excellent Spot! Excellent Campground! No showers and no soap in the bathrooms, so remember to plan for that.

One of my favorite places. If you have a large group, spot 29 and 26 are right next to eachother with no trees or anything. So that's a great set up for a large group. Incredible ocean views! It's always pretty windy, and you will wake up with moisture on your tents. But it's totally worth it :)

Fantastic stay as usual.Tillicum is one of my favorite places. One downside is access to beach, the stairs were not the easiest to navigate especially for someone with reduced mobility.

We stayed our first two nights in site 29 and the view could not get any better! It is a site parallel to the road so if you have a trailer, youre sleeping up top and can walk down a little pathway to the fire pit and picnic table. We were in our teardrop trailer and had plenty of space in the spot and also enjoyed a peek-a-boo view of the water from our bed. The picnic table are is wide open and there is no privacy with the site next to it so if you have a group its a great way to lump everyone together. We were thankful to have a quiet family next to us as I can imagine a rowdy bunch could put a damper on the chill time there. Bathrooms were spotless, always stocked and the park hosts were great!

Incredible campsite with good privacy and amazing sunset! Got to see a whale spouting and either sea lions or seals in the surf from our camp site. One of the best places on our entire 2 week road trip out west.

Had a great time at Tillicum. I have to say, the bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I've ever experienced at a state park, regardless of the state! I also want to commend the ranger who came looking for me as my wife and daughter were concerned that I had arrived okay. There wasn't any service in the park so I didn't check in with them but the ranger took their call and came to confirm I was ok. Pretty cool. One negative. My parking spot for my campsite was taken by a truck that had dropped it's trailer off and then needed a parking spot. Maybe better monitoring for that would be advised.
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Tillicum campground. We spent the first day hanging around at the beach and the campground itself. Second day we drove up to Newport for some crabbing activities and had a big cookoff the same night. Weather was great in August time. Highly recommended.

Very quiet campground. The sites on the bluff are pretty open but are spacious with good views. Restrooms were spotless. We took an easy day trip up to Newport and had a very good time.

Great campground, especially the sites overlooking the beach. Easy access to Cape Perpetua, Yachats, and Waldport. Facilities in good shape. Garbage and recycling available.

Campground clean, bathrooms well maintained and a beautiful beach.
Would cost very little to lengthen pads so modern campers fit better.
