Awesome camping area with a spectacular view of the ocean. Watching the sunset was incredible!! Easy access to the beach from multiple points. Campsite had a picnic table and fire pit About 5 minutes from the nearest town if you need any extra supplies or restaurants. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I visited in late October, so it stormed much of the time I was there, as a tent camper, an area with a covered picnic table would have been nice to be able to sit somewhere dry to make dinner. Still, the positives of this unique camping site significantly outweigh this one con.

We were lucky enough to get a beachfront campsite, which was so great.The campground was very well cared for, bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and things were totally quiet at night ( except for the lovely sound of the surf)

We have come to Tillicum Beach campground for a number of years; sometimes we get lucky and can stay a whole week. We absolutely love seeing the beach and the ocean from our campsite.

Lovely, quiet and peaceful. Only negative was no showers and no electricity in sites on the beach.

This was such a beautiful spot, with an amazing view! But beware of the weather. We tent camped in this area early March. Due to the time of the year it was extremely windy and rainy. If you are tent camping this spot may not as comfortable since it out in the open. It also very hard to set up a tarp since there are no trees. Our things were also flying everywhere due to the wind. There are more sheltered campsite at this site. Also one last thing to note that on the left side of the building wooden fence, this area is shared by both site 18 & 17. The bathrooms and water access is good!

Stayed at site 17, which was on the ridge just over the beach with beautiful view of the sunset over the ocean from our camper van. Close access to the short trail to the beach. Our new favorite camping spot on the Oregon coast.

The Tillicum campground is perfectly situated on the central Oregon coast between Waldport and Yachats . We had beautiful sunsets and whale watching from our campsite. The restrooms were clean and uncrowded even when the campground was full. The proximity to the two small towns made dinning and shopping a breeze. Definitely looking forward to another trip to Tillicum in the future.

Good bathrooms. We loved our site. It was special having an ocean view. The sites are very exposed, so little privacy if you are tenting. We did see a few that seemed like they would be a little more private. We were Van camping so not an issue for us.

We enjoy Tillicum State Park, it is well maintained, quite atmosphere, easy walk to the beach. if interested it is an easy drive to local restaurants and tourist attractions

Clean little park right on the beach. All beachfront sites are dry camping. Weather was rainy, windy and cold during our visit in February but you cant beat the view.

As usual, a great place to camp. Restrooms were kept very clean! There was some litter and campsite signs blowing around the campground but that may have been due to the very windy conditions. Hosts were nice and friendly.

Great views of the sunset from campsite 17! Lots of space to spread out, but not too private. Loved our experience there at Tilicum! The 6.5 mile hike at Cap Perpetua is a must! Absolutely perfect coastal Oregon hike
