Camp Host Blair was very welcoming. My daughter Zoey, age 5, was very moved that he remembered her name at the end of our stay. The campground and toilets were immaculate. Thanks so much for a memorable experience.

weather wasnt good, fishing was slow but friendship was wonderful

Nice campground! Everyone's a bit close but site 12 is a nice distance away. There is a fence preventing exploration towards the dam due to private property. Because of this some people tried to walk right through our site not knowing they couldn't go much further than that. Site 12 is a walk in site maybe 100 yards, the parking area is pretty small so the 2 car max is non-negotiable. Lots of fishermen out, but lots of trout still. Would come back!

The campsite was great! Shade and plenty of space between campers. My t-mobile registered one or two bars. We plan on coming back!

Nice setting and campground host keeps it clean. Not having fresh water was the only downside.

There is almost no shade at this site, and the water pump for the entire campground was broken, meaning multiple drives to the next campground to get water. The bathrooms were very clean and the river was fun!

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet. Peaceful. Oh, and good fishing!

Very clean Site & Ground. Quiet at night. Camp host is friendly, yet minds her own business, which is nice. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. Lots of fly fishing nearby. Cant walk/hike to the reservoir though.

Bathroom was out of TP. Should not happen with a camp host

This is a well maintained campground with a friendly host and great scenery. Campsite #20 is excellent - right next to the river, flat with some shade. I'll be back!

Campground was great. Fishing not so good, but not your fault! A special thanks to camp host Deb for helping us with an RV problem.

Site #8 was nice. We had a Campervan and had to use a few levelers. The fisherman in the river are pretty territorial. Kids were standing on the side watching and they were told to leave bc it was disturbing them. Host was ok. Probably won't be back.

The camp host was amazing! Her name is Deb. We will try to get back to this campground again, later in the season.

Really beautiful campground! Its nestled in some huge boulders and near a winding river (very picturesque). A ton of fly fishers too which was cool to see. The bathrooms were very clean and the camp host was so kind! Our site itself (#5) was unique and had fun boulders to climb however was pretty angled for a campsite making it a little hard to set up chairs and our tent, but we made do! The nearest store is about 30 min away which worked great as well for anything you needed. I did think there was direct access to Lake George itself however the campground backs up to the dam so if you want to go to the lake youve got to go the long way around by car which I should have checked before leaving. There was one nice trail right by the campsite for hiking but that was about it if you wanted to do a morning walk or hike without driving down the road. Cell service was spotty mostly 1 bar. Make sure you bring lots of cash youll need $10 to get a park pass and then some for firewood as well. Overall would recommend for the beautiful of the campground just make sure you bring lots of things to keep you busy if youre not into fly fishing or dont want to drive to a trailhead.

Lovely campground right on the river with plenty of good fishing access. The campground host was especially friendly and helpful. Loved.it

Great little campground. Dropped a star because they do not disclose the campground is on what is essentially a toll road and the reservation doesn't cover the cost.Plan on an extra 9 dollars (cash only) to access your camp site.

Very pretty campground. Clean and each location was well marked with the name of the reservation holder. We would definitely stay again.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
