The campsite was great! Shade and plenty of space between campers. My t-mobile registered one or two bars. We plan on coming back!

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet. Peaceful. Oh, and good fishing!

The camp host was amazing! Her name is Deb. We will try to get back to this campground again, later in the season.

We come to Spillway at least once every year, it has become a favoite spot for us. I love that it's smaller campground with amazing views, awesome camp sites, wildlife and places to take our dog swimming.

Our trailer Length 21'. And Im glad we are not longer. Road was rough at the campground and narrow. Campsite was spacious and private. No water. Overlook hike was short, but view was really nice. As we are not fishermans and it was a bit boring for us. No trails to hike, but canyon is beautiful.

This is a beautiful area - remote - 10 miles on a packed dirt road. We stayed at the campground (Spillway) most distal from the beginning - there were no hook ups for RVS - so it was very quiet and there weren't constant cars driving by. (there was one person running a noisy generator but wasn't near our camp site). We didn't fish but several people throughout our stay were fishing in the clear river. No one we talked to caught any fish but it's at least a beautiful, relaxing place to fish.
There are other campgrounds along the canyon - they all looked clean and well cared for.

We camped in an RV the first week in June. The camping spaces are well laid out and easily accommodated are 25 foot RV.

The campground was quiet and clean with all facilities well-maintained. The views of the canyon as well as the dam are memorable.

You will need to bring your own wood if you want a fire.

The fishing was heavily crowded with too many fisherman struggling for the same runs to fish.
