Amazing campsite right on the river with a small waterfall within earshot

Our stay at Falls Creek was awesome. We spent two nights at site six. The site has a nice view of the water and easy access to the boat launch. Its close to the host site. Our hosts, Terri and Jaime (apologies for any name misspellings) were friendly, informative and helpful when we needed assistance. The only con we can come up with is that this site is located directly off the campground main road. Possible traffic noise. We spent our last two nights at site 9. Wow!! This site is jumbo. You need to park annd walk in to the site, approximately 100ft located behind the ceremonial pavilion and has access to the beach which is amazing. Super private, spacious and a real secluded feel. However, the con is that oddly we had two different couples try to cut through our site from the beach to the campground. One couple knew they were attempting to cross another partys campsite and the other couple didnt, they thought it looked like a cut through to the campground so that is something to consider. The site isnt marked from the beach side which may prevent most of this activity. Overall, this was a wonderful campground and we will be back.

Space 6 - slightly sloped tent space; excellent view of the lake, the campground bathroom had toilets out of service creating an occasional line.

The campground is very nice. The restroom situation is ridiculous. It is way too small for the number of sites available. When we were there the mens restroom was down to one useable fixture.

Great site, a little secluded with ferns surrounding the tent pad. Closer to the road though, so you will hear cars passing by. No Verizon service.

Very nice campground, trails, and town. It would be nice to have more direction and information on the World's Largest Spruce Tree and Tree of Life.

The campsite was wonderful, so beautiful, close to water and short distance to bathrooms. We really enjoyed this area.

Compact but cozy, with a lovely view near the lake.

Important to pay attention to which sites are walk in sites when reserving! Pleasant campground host. Great area to explore. Important to know road is out further down so some activities require going around to north side of lake. Im

We had a wonderful stay at Falls Creek. The campsites were well maintained with a picnic table and fire pit. The bathrooms had flushing toilets that were well maintained. There were multiple areas in the campground that had beach access to Lake Quinault for swimming and kayaking. We did not have cell service (ATT) but that was exactly what we wanted. The camp host and park rangers were very friendly and helpful. We could also collect firewood there which was a plus.

We loved our time at Falls Creek. We were sad to see two ancient trees had been cut down!

This campground is tucked into the trees, well fitted out with showers and flush toilets. We walked on all of the trails, especially liked the one that led to the lighthouse.

Falls Creek was an excellent place to camp! Our family loved our 3 nights over Memorial Day there. The lake was a short walk. The general store was close. We got a decal to use our kayak in the lake and a fishing license. The campsites were clean and beautiful.

Really liked this campsite. Have a nice covered pavilion. Site right on Lake Quinault. Good tree cover. Right next to Lodge to hang out in lobby or grab food from the restaurant as well.

While pretty full during my 9/11-9/15 stay, it was quiet, that bathrooms were serviceable, and the sites private feeling and well maintained. On Friday and Saturday night there were a lot more barking/howling dogs, but that's just a dog owner thing common to the pnw.

What a lovely campground!!! NO showers, but it has running water at several spots, clean bathrooms (bring your own soap), and an incredible view of the lake! Everyone was really respectful of quiet hours (barring our 5 year old who woke at 6:45am). The camp host had our sign updated with our last name and nights that we were staying. There are two restaurants nearby to eat at (funny hours, so look into that) and we had a great time.

Great campground closer to all the hiking trails, Olympic National Forest visitor center (open Wed-Sat), and the Quinault Mercantile store. Site 22 is closer to the restroom, so expect foot traffic. The site has a small tent pad that can fit a 3 to 4 person tent.

Excellent campground. Well maintained and clean. There are options for hike in camping or parking on sites. Decent privacy between sites. Great location. Situated in between a creek and Lake Quinault. The campground is also situated off a quiet road so no loud semi-trucks coming through all night. 10/10 would stay again.

The beach needs to have the debris removed from the recent tree work plus the tree that fell over the beach years ago should be removed as it limits challenged people from accessing the point.

Great space, private, close to lake and trails.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
