Bumping Lake Campground is located in the Naches Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest (1 hr 30 min west of Yakima, WA) with an elevation of 3,451 feet. There are a total of 62 campsites including 1 tent-only site. The campground is normally open from mid May to the beginning of October. 61 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 18 and 154 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. Fees range from $22.00 to $45.00. Some amenities include sewer hookup, boat ramp, restroom. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

We love bumping lake campground. Always clean and the host is super friendly. The lake is beautiful and we spend all day in it. The downfalls...it is a lake and there is very little room to park an extra vehicle that is towing the boat. We had to squeeze 2 trucks side by side with barely any room to walk to the campsite and had to park the boat trailer several sites away. There is NO parking on the sides of the road and the campsites are to small to park 2 vehicles. We do love it there tho, so next year we will try and get 2 sites side by side just to use one for parking. Also, no power or water at all. No phone service, so we brought our starlink mini and it worked great.

Spacious camp sites, nice trails, clean bathrooms, nice swimming areas and very friendly camp hosts................A couple of the highlights were the US Air Force C-17 Globemaster followed by 2 fighters about 80 feet above the lake one day and 6 C-17's a couple days later!!!!

The campsite and bathrooms were very clean. We went fishing a couple of times and had a great time. The lake was beautiful for the first couple a days and then became choppy. The kids from other camps seemed to have a great time riding their bicycles and going to the lake to go swimming. The campsites are great and at night so very quiet.

The compost was great! She helped us with directions and also obtaining water at the nearest filling station and was very accommodating with all our needs about what to do in the area.

The one campground we go to every year. We love the scenery, tent sites, lake and everything about bumping lakes. Bathrooms are clean. The past two years the water spigots havent been working so its a long walk to get running water but everything else is in great shape.

We enjoyed the privacy between sites, the beautiful lake, and the short hiking trails. The camp hosts were very helpful when our car needed a jump. They were actively working on maintenance projects to keep the campground in good condition, which was nice to see.

Great campsites, friendly host, quiet and beautiful location. We have been here twice and the first trip was beautiful weather with lots of kayaking and hanging out by the water. This year, we hit cold weather and rain, but still had a great time. No cell service for more of a real camping experience.

While the campground is beautiful, if you have an RV, the dump fee is no longer included in your reservation. It will cost you an additional $11.

The camp hosts were available, brought firewood around often enough, kept the campground clean and safe. I appreciate having a place to take all our family with 10 grandkids into nature and would pay more to keep our campgrounds open for those of us who value that life style.

A great place to gather as family. We filled 5 camp spaces with family and the cousins had so much fun playing hide and seek in the woods, and many other activities. Would recommend this area and plan to return every year.
