The compost was great! She helped us with directions and also obtaining water at the nearest filling station and was very accommodating with all our needs about what to do in the area.

Campsite was clean and the camp host was very friendly. We had a lot of fun looking for agates in the lake and finding frogs and tadpoles. Can't wait to go back!

Great campground. Lake was populated with a ton of tiny frogs that my 5 year old loved.

We come to Bumping Lake every year and love it every time. The camp hosts are very kind and keep everything tidy. It's so beautiful! This was our first time in late summer so I was suprised at the lower water level, but it was just as fun and just as beautiful. Just different.

We stayed in #7 and had a wonderful time. The weather was beautiful and the lake was very clear. Our spot itself is quite large with a very short walk to the water. I especially liked the jets practicing their maneuvers overhead, although some may disagree. We tried our luck at fishing and caught a couple but ended up just letting them go. The camp host was a sweet guy and helpful. Since it is dry camping, one major complaint is that there was not an easy place to fill our fresh water tanks. There were spigots but no threads to hook up a hose. We ended up having to fill a 5 gallon jug and using a funnel, pour it into our tank. Had we known this ahead of time we could have filled prior to driving into the campground. Very inconvenient to say the least, but that was the only negative thing I can say. We are definitely going back.

Our go to weekend trip. Site 7 has direct access to “beach” area.
